"New, spacious, comfortable and next to the zoo excellent location"

"Hotel is good but location is too far away from city centre. When we arrived to check in, the staff made a mistake on giving the wrong number of room to us. That was weird because when we headed to the room, one of the cleaners was cleaning the room and we need to go back to the reception. Hotel overall was good but I am not satisfied with the toilet. The design of the bathroom is weird because there are no enough space for my stuff. Breakfast is average but don't expect too much. Rooftop poll is good but water was dirty someday."

"The reception staff was very kind and responded perfectly. We are a family with one small child, and we booked a standard room. However, the room was only allowed to accommodate two adults, and three people including a child were not allowed. We made the reservation without knowing this, and although we would have had to pay an extra fee, the reception staff was kind enough to arrange an extra bed and allowed us to stay without paying an extra fee. We usually stay at Marriott hotels and have elite membership status with Marriott, but this was our first stay at ALL. Through this wonderful service, we have become fans of ALL. Thank you."

"Even though I explained the reason why I couldn't stay in this hotel(Portugal Embassy didn't get me the visa on expected date because of continuous delay of work) , they didn't get me a refund or adjust the date. I sent so many emails that can prove my absence, but they just defined me as the no-show client hahahahahaha I understand that some of the accomodation doesn't offer the refund, but it was not my personal issue but the administrative issue in Portugal. But why should i pay 100% of my fee? I wasted over 600$"

"The room is very clean, the facilities are very complete, the lobby on the first floor is also very clean, clean and bright, very close to the subway station, very convenient to go anywhere, the surrounding environment is very safe. "Everything is absolutely perfect: friendliness and professionalism of the staff, very quiet room (n.5.3, 5th floor with elevator), cozy and super clean, with a bottle of water and ”welcome” sweets (I really liked it, especially after a whole day (air travel), excellent wi-fi, and the possibility of having breakfast served in the room. I also liked the attention to the environment and the reduction of unnecessary expenses (bottle and glass cups, instructions on changing towels only when necessary, etc.). Unfortunately it was a one-night stay (coming from the Azores, I arrived at 9.30 pm and only stayed until 9 am the following morning), but I will definitely repeat this excellent experience! Highly recommended."
