Trata-se de um espaço único, dividido por meio de divisório entre área para dormir e outra para sentar. Tem ainda um pequeno espaço de cozinha e outro de banheiro. Em geral estava tudo em ordem, mas haviam alguns incômodos. Por exemplo, tinham pia e pratos, mas nenhum talher. Tinha pia, mas nenhuma esponja, detergente ou pano de cozinha. Estas pequenas faltas não fazem sentido e somente atrapalham a estadia. O flat está em um hotel com recepção, o que é ótimo, mas os quartos não são do hotel, então qualquer problema deve ser resolvido com o proprietário (exemplo, problemas com o acesso ao quarto) e o café de manhã não é incluído. Em geral recomendo, mas podia ter sido melhor.

O Hotel é bom, as instalações e o conforto são inquestionáveis, mas o Hotel poderia tomar cuidado com alguns detalhes que fazem a diferença. -- A camareira não repôs o sabonete e shampoo. -- No primeiro dia da mina estadia, havia um bolo de cenoura no café. No dia seguinte colocaram o mesmo bolo que sobrou no café. Um absurdo, pois o bolo já estava seco e sem sabor. Digo isso com toda certeza, pois fui um dos primeiros hospedes a descer para o café e esse bolo estava cortado em fatias, para que não pudéssemos ver que o bolo estava pela metade. Sinceramente não sei se a tal conduta é permitido. -- Durante o check out informei o meu consumo a recepção, mas o mesmo disse que seria necessário aguardar a confirmação, prática que não ocorre em outros hotéis, a sensação era que estavam duvidando do meu consumo informado. Esse processo de confirmação, demora alguns minutos, o que gera desconforto. Como informei, a infra do Hotel é muito boa, mas o serviço oferecido é de ruim para péssimo, conforme relatado.
