When I entered the room, I had a bit struggle to find the lights. It’s not a common 4 star hotel where I just need to insert the key card and everthing is on. The pool area is perfect for afternoon cocktails. Elevator was fast. The hotel is within walking distance to shoping center. I think this hotel is decent for short stay in Sao Jose.

There were many items with defects: the air conditioning was not frozen, the entrance lamp was burned, the discharge button was empty when pressed, the box door was grabing to open/close and the two bathroom locks They were free. It's a hotel I book because it's cheap and it's a dog, and I'm a very nice team, it's clean and it's a good way to meet my needs, this last time I was not legal, it had a vacuum in the cypher that was moving the towels under the stick. I told the staff early and asked them to change their towels and make the maintenance, and they asked if they wanted to make rooms, I said yes. When I came back to the night, the room was not cleaned, the towels had not been exchanged, and the chiffon had not been repaired. I went to the reception to get the towels, delivered without plastic bag by someone who is moving with payments, and breakfast wasn't even contracted, because it was horrible last time. ... It's a pity, I liked the hotel's offer, but it seems that quality is falling much.
