Vila Chico will become a regular visit for us. We are so happy to have found this little gem! We traveled from the United States to visit family in a nearby town, and opted to visit Sao Lourenco for one weekend and we were delighted to have found Vila Chico. The staff was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us with our language barrier. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and the trundle bed was perfect for our 2 year old to sleep on. Waking up to birds singing outside our window was such a treat. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the pool was a lot of fun for our little family. We can't wait to visit again. Our stay was truly relaxing.

Só satisfação de nossa parte. Os Chalés são ótimos, bem decorados e equipados. A piscina é um cartão postal. O atendimento é todo pessoal sem formalidades, nos deixando a vontade desde o primeiro contado para orçamento. Tudo muito perfeito. Superou as expectativas. Queremos voltar logo e sempre.

Eu tenho dificuldade pra dormir, mas aí eu tive a melhor experiência. Dormi super bem. E credito isso ao conjunto de coisas boas que vai da cama até as áreas externas muito vem cuidadas e o atendimento excelente. Não tenho palavras para agradecer a qualidade em cada detalhe. A comida também estava perfeita. Deus abençoe vocês por todo esse zelo e simpatia.

É nossa segunda vez na Vila Chico e foi novamente maravilhoso!! Tivemos apenas um contratempo em relação a estrada de terra que dá acesso ao chalé devido a chuva, mas é sempre uma experiência incrível estar nesse lugar. Recomendo e voltarei

Local tranquilo e aprazível com muitas áreas verdes e jardins bem cuidados. O chalé é amplo, bem equipado e as instalações são excelentes (destaque para a área da piscina e o restaurante). Atendimento cordial com.funcionários solícitos e atenciosos. Sugestões: - melhorar a entrada do segundo portão de acesso; - trocar a cama de casal por outra maior no chalé Coruja; - incluir opções de saladas e pratos com carne de boi no restaurante.

Adoramos o hotel, entretanto notamos algumas melhorias necessárias. A parte debaixo das portas estão precisando de manutenção, bem como as macanetas e fechaduras. Piscina linda, mas nesta época do ano caberia o aquecimento. Achamos os atendentes muito amadores, pedimos lenha disseram que não tinha, o manutencista havia ido embora, no dia anterior entregaram em outro chalé e pediram para irmos buscar. A pousada é linda. Cama ótima, layout do chalé muito bom, televisão pequena sem opção de Netflix.
