Family-friendly Hotels in Sao Luiz

Went to kwee zeen restaurant for buffet dinner last weekend. The buffet spread were sumptuous and a wide variety of choices. The sashimi & prawn were so fresh and generous 😍 (look at the thickness)!!! The service were also excellent especially having the chef Nelson walking around checking the status of the food with us. Highly recommended 👍

Optando por fazer um pernoite em São Luís antes de seguir para os Lençóis, selecionamos o Stopway, que se mostrou uma ótima opção para esta finalidade. A localização é boa, mas para ir a pé a restaurantes, é necessário caminhar um pouco (de carro, o acesso é bem fácil). Fica em frente à Lagoa da Jansen, e recomendaram não abrir as janelas à noite, para evitar infestação de mosquitos. Possui estacionamento gratuito self parking, uma ótima comodidade para quem está de carro. As instalações são simples, mas espaçosas e bem conservadas, com quartos e banheiros limpos e funcionais. TV com boa programação, bom ar-condicionado e boa rede Wi-Fi. Café da manhã bem servido, com itens de qualidade e frutas bem frescas. Check-in rápido (facilitado pelo preenchimento prévio dos dados pelo site), check-out em poucos segundos. Funcionários bastante simpáticos na recepção e no serviço do café da manhã. Como ponto de melhoria, poderiam trocar os travesseiros, um tanto finos. Mas nada que desabone a estadia muito boa, com ótimo “value for money”.

Hotel, simples, por um bom preço, mas muito confortavel, quartos amplos, limpos, sem nenhum cheiro, atendeu minhas necessidades, sendo bem em frente aos quiosques da praia, tem tambem uma piscina bem localizada, recomendo se hospedar sem duvida O sinal de TV precisam melhorar muito, bom café da manhã

This is basically beach front (though not the best beach in the world, the view is nice). Decent infrastructure and excellent cost benefit. Room is spacious, beds comfortable, good water pressure in the bathroom. My bathroom sink was slightly clogged though. Air conditioner in the room worked very well. Breakfast was well served in a spacious restaurant with many things to chose from. Elevators also worked well.

Hotel com um ótimo ambiente de recepção e refeição! Decoração linda e muito bem climatizado! Tudo friozinho, inclusive o quarto assim que abre a porta, pois o ar já estava ligado... Depois de um dia corrido e cansativo foi uma maravilha chegar ali! O pessoal da recepção também super educados e atenciosos! O quarto possui bom tamanho, cama confortável e banheiro bom também para uso, apenas recomendo colocar algum paninho no banheiro para quando sair do box não molhar o chão... Creio que a única negativa foi que tentamos ligar para o serviço de quarto durante a madrugada e ninguém atendeu... Mas fora isso o ambiente do hotel é maravilhoso! Quarto bom! Bom atendimento e café também! Café gostoso com várias opções de bebidas e comidas! Foi uma ótima experiência e superou as expectativas! Muito obrigada por tudo! 🥰

I had to stay on the coastal island with checkin on Sunday morning, the disappointment started, the reception was shut down, the guest was afraid to come in. Exterior parking, 3 houses before and you have to go back from re and come out of the hotel with the baggage, a danger!!! . In front of the hotel, a security that doesn't even give good night. You are unsure whether you are a guest, someone from the neighborhood, or even a threat, in the face of the world we live; worse, when we arrive and the parking is closed; we have to go to the reception and ask to open and then go back to parking the car. In my case, it was still under rain. Among the things that the hotel offers, it has electric shower, but it doesn't work. I came under rain and I had to take a freezer bath every day. When I went to complain, I heard that the problem is that they work with solar energy, and as it was raining in the city, it doesn't work and I'm satisfied, because it was general in all rooms. After three nights, the problem persisting, I spoke to the receptionist who said he believed the problem had been solved, and I went to the room just to take that warm bath so expected. I came in the corridor, all shut down, I had to call the cell lamp to find my room. When I turn the shower, what happened???? Without water in the shower! How can you, so absurd together?? Some very well-educated staff have tried to apologize for the incident and offered me to change my room. Finally, we checked that the shower was beginning to warm ... But when they left, I went to bath, cold water!!! I understand that despite the good will of the staff and the attempt to minimize my insatisfaction, the fact is that the hotel does not have a hot shower, another establishment that does not meet the offer. I am really disappointed. I don't know how a hotel can work in this way!

Fui para um evento, ficamos em grupo, nos atendeu nas formações dos apartamentos. Limpeza do banheiro e toalhas de cama também com atenção. Agora achamos bem estranho o piso do banheiro, bem escorregadio e essa parte do banho era bem alta, exigindo muita muita atenção ao sair do box. Para pessoas com mais idade, deve tomar cuidado! Restaurante do café da manhã muito bom, com uma linda vista para Lagoa, muitas opções de frutas, pães e pratos quentes também. Espaço da recepção muito amplo com recepcionistas bem educados também. O atendimento da profissional de Reservas muito bom, super simpática e solícita! Isso faz muita diferença na negociação para grupos! Tinha localização boa, perto de shopping e áreas para sair e comer. Possuem dois elevadores mas no período que ficamos, um estava sem funcionar :(
