Family-friendly Hotels in Sao Paulo

Brazil has bad security, but it is very safe here. The surrounding environment is convenient. The hotel staff speaks good English, which makes it easy to communicate. The service and hygiene are in place. Clean sheets are changed every day. This is the second time I have stayed here.

A bit old, but it's not bad near the mall, convenient for eating and shopping. It would be better if the TV could be updated and a kettle could be added. I stayed twice, once I checked in at 12 o'clock, and once I had to wait until 2 o'clock in the afternoon, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect service, all staff are very polite. The hotel is near Oscar Freire and all restaurants.

The hotel is very quiet on the mountainside. The facilities in the house are relatively complete, the bathroom is not big. Breakfast is OK and the health is very good. The hotel cleaning staff is very cute.

Hotel environment is very good, sanitary conditions are good, very clean. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are perfect. The breakfast is good, the food is rich, the fruit is a lot, and it is very fresh.

This is my second time staying here. I stayed here last year and it was pretty good. After comparing a lot of places, I ended up staying at this one. The transportation is very convenient and the room is very clean.

我在離開的前兩天使用了他們的洗衣服務，除了價格偏貴，還存在多收費的情況，我在當時就立馬拿着發票去找到前台協商退款，但是在前台人員證實多收之後以系統故障為由沒有當下就處理我的退款，返倒把我的發票收走，説會通過郵件給我發送新的發票，並且我可以在退房當天得到退款，但是到了退房當天前台人員繼續以系統故障為由告訴我我的退款將在三天內安排，但是實際上無論是新的發票還是退款我都沒有收到，給他們發送email也沒有得到任何回覆。

酒店所在街區很不錯，屬於可以晚上附近溜達找吃的那種安心（好幾家餐廳都很好）。附近好幾家超市，10分鐘步行距離還有個Mall，去大公園打車也就10分鐘。但房間狀態就非常一般了，洗浴間非常窄小。街邊房型非常吵，除了汽車聲還有飛機引擎聲（附近3公里就是一個國內航線機場）。
