The location was great and apartment was super clean and modern, but we stayed for 6 nights and there was not enough soap for washing the dishes / bags for trash / etc. The support team on whatsapp take a long time to reply and I don’t think it’s even a real person replying, more like automated answers that aren’t always helpful.

The room is very good and the surrounding environment is also good. The apartment is very safe. There are two security doors before entering. The staff in the apartment are available 24 hours a day and are very nice people. They helped me a lot. Highly recommended! ! ! !

Check-in horrível. Te pedem selfie e um monte de dados para registrarem a sua estafia, chegando lá, nada funciona. Ficamos mais de 10 min. tentando entrar. Fui entrar no outro dia, o mesmo problema. A pessoa que estava na portaria peguntou se eu estava com tempo para esperar ela fazer o cadastro, que já deveria ter sido feito antes de chegarmos. No apartamento, tá faltando um monte de coisinhas. Parede descascando, etc. Não recomendo.
