I arrived at 1:30 pm, as I arrived before 2 pm, I would have to pay 60 reais to check in. It is important to be aware of the rules. Better to say that there is no availability. I tried to check in again at 1:55 pm and the answer was I'll check if we have availability and out of courtesy I could check in 5 minutes earlier.

The biggest problem was in the relationship between Trip.com and the Hotel. It didn't appear how I paid for the reservation and I had to be more firm with the person who helped me (who seemed attentive and concerned, but, at the same time, had difficulty mediating the internal situation). You need to improve this!
As far as the room is concerned, I was given an apartment for PNE that had more worn floors and structures that were more marked by use. I didn't like it very much.

I booked a double room, I was working at a conference, I arrived at the hotel around 11pm, the room was a single, I made a complaint, they said it was TRIP's mistake, they didn't resolve it, they said they didn't have a double room available at the hotel. hotel, they didn't want to cancel because I had already paid.
Therefore, I will no longer use the Confort hotel, they didn't make a point of resolving it, or at least exchanging it for a better room to fix the error.
