Real Castilha Hotel

The location is terrible, full of homeless people and drug *******, including right outside the hotel door. We discovered that it is less than 1km from the famous Cracolândia, which made our first experience in São Paulo unpleasant. The breakfast is unsatisfactory, the worst we have ever experienced in hotels. Security is horrible. We had a bad experience with this, we left the hotel in the morning leaving the key at the reception as requested, and when we returned late in the afternoon the reception staff (who we didn't know yet) said that our key was not with them and that therefore someone must have entered our room. We were extremely scared, and the attendants just stared at us - one of them even laughed - while we stated that we had left the key at reception. After even looking through our bags, the other attendant finally decided to check their keys, and ours was there, just "in the wrong place". Unfortunately we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fizemos reserva para casal e ao chegar no hotel, só tinha quarto de solteiro. Na verdade poderiam nos ofertar uma acomodação melhor, ou nos mudarem de quarto no dia seguinte, pelo inconveniente, mas nem se preocuparam com isso. Também não tinha shampoo no quarto, e o que geralmente tem uma água de cortesia, nesse cobraram a única água que consumimos.

Maravilhoso, e a localização ótima também!

Gostei muito do hotel e seu atendimento, café da manhã ótimo o problema foi o localização que é no centro de São Paulo, tem muitos usuários de drogas e o clima de tenção é constante, com muitos relatos de furtos de celular.
