The hotel is located conveniently at Ave Paulista with a nice restaurant next door. I tried to order room service on my first night but my call to the restaurant was hung up and when I asked the reception for help they didn’t bother to help and transferred me to the restaurant where I got hung up all because they don’t understand English. If it is just a stay then it’s ok, don’t even try ordering room service. The chairs in the room are stained. Lighting is insufficient in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

The room is quite small, the two beds are very far apart. It's very close to Paulistan Street, and it's convenient for eating. There are both Chinese and Western food in the surrounding area, and the security seems to be pretty good. Overall it's okay. Breakfast is relatively simple

Very spacious room with cable TV, built-in kitchen with microwave, sink, cutlery and stocked minibar; sofa; small table for eating with 2 seats; table with lamp and chair with wheels for work; comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe and complete bathroom with hot water.
One of the best breakfasts I've ever had, especially regarding the savory options.
Separate parking (20 reais per day) with valet service.
I would definitely come back.

Also, I definitely want to visit Sao Paulo 🌷 The location is also a safe area, and it was convenient to disturb acquaintances' houses and restaurants. The content of the breakfast buffet on the 28th floor was very substantial and the scenery was the best.

NNaiharaMy stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Uma critica apenas em relação a parte elétrica, tomada da bancada sem funcionar e a outra abaixo da TV solta. Apartamento 301, torre 02. No mais o hotel é excelente, eu indico sempre como indicação de hospedagem na cidade de São Paulo.

GGustavoMe sorprendió este hotel. Las tarifas para esas fechas estaban muy altas para hoteles a los que suelo ir, Mercure o. Estanplaza por ejemplo. No esperaba mucho pero me sentí muy bien en un lugar decente, reducido y con mucho servicio express. Creo que lo que he pagado es alto por lo que es el hotel pero las tarifas en otros lugares estaban muy altas. El hotel es prolijo, limpio con muy buena atención e instalaciones. La ducha salía genial y la cama era muy cómoda. Para tenerlo en cuenta.
