The hotel room has a large space, a good location, and has a separate building and parking lot. It can be seen that the construction is invested according to high standards. However, the time of operation is too long, the air conditioner is old, the heating cannot be made, the bathroom has no ventilation equipment, and the temperature is more uncomfortable when the temperature drops sharply.

The hotel in general is very good, but I thought the service was lacking. The restaurant closes at 10:30 pm and after that time there is no room service. We ordered food through the app and I asked the reception for cutlery, they told me I had to go down to the restaurant to see if they could provide it.

Environment: There is a construction site in the building opposite, which is a bit noisy during the day. Hygiene: Cleaning is timely, good. Service: Polite and enthusiastic. Although only the front desk can speak English, the overall feeling is good. Facilities: Rich, with microwave and grill, gym, swimming pool, etc.

The building looks very ordinary. There are many accommodations near Paulista. Their price-performance ratio is very low. There is a very bad receptionist at the front desk. I booked a deluxe suite, but was given a room on the first floor, facing a row of air conditioner outdoor units, which is not even as good as the special offer room. I asked to change the room. He insisted that there was no room and asked me to talk to his manager at 8 pm. I booked two reservations, one for 2 days, a total of 4 days, and the second reservation could be refunded and changed for free, so I insisted on checking out and canceling the second reservation. As a result, he said that there was a room on the 7th floor that could be changed. It made people have a very bad experience.

Not far from the side is a free small park, you can go running in the morning, very good, breakfast is also good, is a bit small room size, suitable for a short business trip, not suitable for permanent stay.

The hotel is very quiet on the mountainside. The facilities in the house are relatively complete, the bathroom is not big. Breakfast is OK and the health is very good. The hotel cleaning staff is very cute.

Perfect hotel! Very polite staff, wonderful breakfast and dinner, in the restaurant, perfect. The location is pleasant, facing the park. In other reviews I talked about homeless people, there really are, but few, nothing that bothers or attracts attention, I was treated politely by them. I do recommend this hotel! Close to the fair and the Korean supermarket, great accommodation for fans of Korean culture. Hope to return soon.

The room size is OK, there are many hangers in the closet, the breakfast is quite rich, the water flow of the wash basin faucet is not big, the shower room is not big, there is only a fixed shower head, no handheld. The hotel service staff mainly speaks Portuguese, which is not very convenient for foreigners to communicate.
