A real luxury experience

A bit old, but it's not bad near the mall, convenient for eating and shopping. It would be better if the TV could be updated and a kettle could be added. I stayed twice, once I checked in at 12 o'clock, and once I had to wait until 2 o'clock in the afternoon, which was a bit uncomfortable.

I bought a promise (experience) and it was given a completely other. We are very unhappy with what happened ... That was totally discriminatory in fact .... we could prosecute them by claiming that reason. The couples were all forced (including us) to dine inside the room ... was super boring and strange. This is completely out of the consumer's code, we are forced to buy a dinner at that value or you can't eat inside the restaurant. It was a pity. abs,

2nd time at this hotel and for good reason! Aside from the amazing staff service and clean room, the one thing I always look for is a decent gym. This place has a full gym with equipment ranging from bench press to even a smith machine. Would definently go again!

Excellent hotel! Located in a pleasant area, close to the main attractions of Sao Paulo. You can walk to some of them on foot :) Excellent breakfast! Amazing view from the room! My recommendations:))

The customer service of Mr. Nick at the hotel reception was great. Also, I definitely want to visit Sao Paulo 🌷 The location is also a safe area, and it was convenient to disturb acquaintances' houses and restaurants. The content of the breakfast buffet on the 28th floor was very substantial and the scenery was the best.

Perfect service, all staff are very polite. The hotel is near Oscar Freire and all restaurants.

Had a lovely and chill stay in a great location of São Paulo nearby everything you need! I wish there were more services available and they were pet-friendly as well but nonetheless I would absolutely stay there again!

I made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room. During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well. The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there. In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden! The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

Hotel well located, breakfast very good for a 3-star hotel, the rooms are a good size but the external noise seal is not very good, it is possible to hear conversations in the hallway, excellent shower but the bathroom does not seal the water from the shower , then the bathroom floods, the service at reception is poor, they need urgent training, anyway, my assessment is that it is a reasonable to good hotel (rating between 6 and 7), I thought the value for money was good because I got a promotion
