Fiquei na suíte 804. O quarto é muito espaçoso, banheiro confortável, sofá, escrivaninha, armário, mesa de apoio para refeições, TV, frigobar. A localização é boa, embora não tenha achado uma farmácia nas proximidades. A poucos metros tem um supermercado de bairro, o que facilita bem. O que não me agradou de forma alguma foi o restaurante da estrutura. Serviço lentíssimo, caro e com poucas opções. Se estiver com fome, peça com uma hora de antecedência. Não usei a piscina ou a sauna, mas as vi a são boas.

The location is good in the old city center. There are several restaurants in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Japan Street by taxi. The hotel security is very responsible. If you smoke outside, they will remind us at any time and pay attention to the safety of your mobile phone. It's very good... The hotel room is quite old, but it's generally acceptable. There is really nothing to eat for breakfast except bread...

Outstanding hotel as always. Bar upstairs had some fantastic servers and unfortunately some very poor servers (one night I waited an hour at a table for someone to come back to get me another beer, and gave up / went to the bar directly). However in my experience that is unusual there. I do wish they had seats at the bar again - I miss that as a solo traveler. The best of all at this hotel is the concierge and front desk service. Truly world class and can get you in anywhere in the city and when you arrive, the other places treat you literallly as a VIP. AMAZING!!!

I was hosted in the period from 16 to 26/06/2022 in this hotel, and what happened: highly noisy rooms, with noise from lifts and water box, echoing day and night taking us sleep and patience. As I was working, I was very disturbed even by moving to the room, that was in apt. 907. My friend, who was on the 19th floor, had a noise that looked like a turbine of a plane. I was rebelled, I wrote to the hotel manager, asking for the return of the paid value, since the hotel had no accommodation conditions, and so far nothing. Besides the disturbances produced by the hotel, it is noise from the streets, besides the highly risky place where any vagina you are robbed, especially by cyclists who walk behind cell phones, day and night. So before hosting, be careful! I made some videos, and I will go to court against that service provider, who at any time is concerned about the wellness of his guests.

A bit old, but it's not bad near the mall, convenient for eating and shopping. It would be better if the TV could be updated and a kettle could be added. I stayed twice, once I checked in at 12 o'clock, and once I had to wait until 2 o'clock in the afternoon, which was a bit uncomfortable.
