Oozing copious old world charm. Guessing the former governor’s (or whatever his title back then) mansion was built around the same time as the castle (1300 AD-ish). The entire property has been meticulously and painstakingly upgraded with modern amenities while keeping the old world ambiance. Yes. There’s air con. Never used it though. The days I stayed, it was 37 degrees C. The room had a south western exposure. Even with the sun beating on the exterior wall all afternoon. The room stayed cool. Yes. There’s a beautiful off site pool with garden and clubhouse. Check out the views of the valley and lake. And the breakfast is hearty for those days of exploring the nearby castle towns. The manager speaks fluent English and is very helpful with tourist information and making sure your stay is 5 star. The owners were there during my stay and we enjoyed several lively discussions. Highly recommend!!!

Excelente, a localização, a simpatia do anfitrião, a limpeza e comodidades, tudo excecional. Terena é lindo, e a Casa de Terena é um exemplo de preservação e valorização da cultura local. O pequeno almoço é diversificado e os alimentos são de qualidade. Tudo muito bom!

Adorámos a estadia, o pequeno almoço divinal e variado , a limpeza, a forma como fomos recebidos pelo anfitrião. A localização é absolutamente incrível com vistas dos quartos que nos bloqueiam a respiração para os verdes prados e para o lago da barragem de Lucefecit. Adorámos a estadia, a decoração cheia de detalhes artísticos e com uma galeria incrível e maravilhosa de quadros e livros . A sala comunitária possui um lindo piano onde algumas vezes tocámos á luz das velas. Vamos voltar , porque este alojamento foi sem dúvida marcante para umas mini-férias de primavera na linda e maravilhosa vila de Terena.

Très bel établissement situé au pied de la Torre do Relogio et du Château. Excellent accueil de la part d'Altino qui nous a allumé un feu dans la cheminée et apporté des verres. La décoration est superbe ce qui en fait quasi un musée. Ne ratez pas la balade jusqu'à Boa Nova, une Chapelle Fortifiée richement décorée à l'intérieur (demandez à l'habitant de vous ouvrir).
