Sensible room sizes. I had the queen suite. Had a bath and separate shower and toilet. Air con in the room and a comfortable (what felt like a) king size bed. I didn’t use much of the facilities apart from the breakfast which was a continental style buffet and a station where they make omelettes of your choosing along with bacon and mini sausages.

Exceptional hotel! Everything to the max: cleanliness of the room, kindness of the staff, rich breakfast with fresh and well-assorted products. Pay maximum attention to gluten-free and lactose-free products. Well heated environments despite the immense spaces; rooms with home automation and super large bathroom with shower and bathtub. You couldn't wish for anything better! Congratulations to Melia! We will definitely be back! Outside there is the possibility of free parking. The only small flaw is the distance from the center which is not excessive. Well done guys on the staff!

The hotel was immaculate, with an excellent service. There were also great breakfast options and the mall being so close by was extremely helpful.

Staff was amazing friendly rooms need updating though because I flew in from the states they didn’t haven’t the wall USB option so had to get a plug to work with my chargers overall food was good staff were friendly

Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 5-Star
I usually don't leave negative feedback, but my experience here was disappointing. The staff were rude and unhelpful, often saying "it is what it is." The room was okay, but cleanliness was terrible, with bugs in the shower area. Despite claiming to be sold out, there were plenty of rooms available online, and late check-out wasn't offered. This 5-star hotel felt more like a 1-star experience.
