En Hotel Sapa

Room was clean. Location is nice to go for hikes directly, though be mindful that most group hikes start in Sapa centre. A taxi ride from the hotel to Sapa takes 25-30m. Overall it’s a nice and quiet hotel. I ended up needing to book one of the more expensive rooms (the only one availability during Tet). To that point, I don’t think the hotel was worth price I paid, however I can imagine their basic rooms are better value and not a bad choice. I would not book again.

The staff are very accomodating. The room are clean even the hall way.

New room, clean. The owner and receptionist are too enthusiastic. He also let me taste and try local wine. A meaningful trip, I will come back here again if I have the opportunity to return to Sapa. The terrace swimming pool will be very suitable for those who like to check in with beautiful scenery.

As a frequent traveler to Ta Van, Sapa, I've stayed at this hotel twice. This is the only proper hotel in Ta Van, or anywhere in the valley that I know of. Normally I wouldn't give this type of hotel more than three out of five dots. However, there are a few points that make this property special: * The local family that owns and operates it is super friendly and helpful. * The designers and outfitters of the rooms knew what they were doing. The rooms are modern, stylish, and well-appointed. It has four- or five-star hotel amenities at a three-star price point. * The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained, as are all the common areas. Overall, this property is an excellent choice.

This is one of the only property available in Ta Van village. With all great features in the room, the room provides great view of the rice terrace. The hot showers are the best. The hotel has a swimming pool in terrace but couldn’t use it due to heavy rain and weather was extremely chilly. There are restaurants and cafes all nearby. Since Ta Van is famous for village walk and mountain trek, we chose this place. For trek, can book through hotel and cafés next door. The trekking guide will come at the hotel point and pick you. Best is one for not have to go back to Sapa city. Book here 1 night only for the convenient of village trek. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. He tried to ensure our comfort and even gave us early check-in. 2nd night if one chooses to stay then can stay at Sapa centre for exploring around Sapa. Only negative point is there is no room service and breakfast. The hotel is new hence they are finishing their restaurants and roof top cafe.
