I have a good experience staying at this hotel. The owner of hotel is also kind and helpful. He helps us to carry our luggage up to 4th floor. Overall I enjoy staying at this hotel.

It was nice that it was close to the downtown area. Above all, it was cheap and good value for money. There were lots of things to eat and enjoy around.

Affordable and clean, good service and a great location with lots of Nice restaurants mini-marts closeby! Had no bigger issues worth mentioning, very pleased with my stay😊 Also one free water bottle is included with your stay.

It was a great place to stay at, with great service and personal. The rooms where clean and had the bed where comfortable. There is a lot of different restaurants in the close area to choose from. The Wi-Fi was okey but shut off from time to time. But overall I can really recommend this place!

It was a very helpful couple that runs the hotel. They helped me get a bus from Sapa back to Hanoi and also offered to have my laundry done through an outside service. The location is great, just a few meters from the amphitheater but on a quiet street
