Five families went and they were uncomfortable because we were crowded and they told us so. But I think they shouldn't take it if they can't handle that many people. O bölgede bir çok otel ve villa araştırması yaptım ama burayı daha önce bir arkadaşımdan da duymuştum denemek istedik. Standart oda da kalmamıza rağmen odalar çok ferah ve temizdi. Sabah kahvaltısı ve 5 çayı ikramları oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi. Otelin SPA bölümünü kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum! Size özel odalar var her odada hamam, sauna ve masaj bir arada. Ailemle birlikte Sapanca’daki bu tesiste kış tatili yaptık ve gerçekten çok keyif aldık. Otel çok temiz ve sıcak bir ortamı var, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Çalışanlar inanılmaz ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Soğuk havaya rağmen ısıtmalı havuz sayesinde suyun tadını çıkarabildik. Spa ve hamam ise tam bir rahatlama noktasıydı! Yemekler de oldukça lezzetliydi, özellikle kahvaltıyı çok beğendik. Hem dinlenmek hem de eğlenmek için harika bir yer, otel merkezde olduğu için sapancanın güzel yerlerini gezebilme imkanımızda oldu kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz.
