Bach Boutique Hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by the warmth and atmosphere of the hotel immediately upon arrival. The kind lady at the reception received us nicely, and after telling us everything about the hotel, she informed us that since it's Saturday they have live music and that they apologize in advance if there is noise in the room, but that they plan to finish by midnight. Although the music lasted until after 1 am, OK we don't mind a little fun and party. Otherwise, we got a room on the first floor, right above the restaurant. The rooms are spacious and warm. Everything was great until Monday when around 10 pm the music from the restaurant got louder. Little by little until around 11:30 when I went down to the reception and asked if there was still a party today. The very rude person at the reception immediately understood why I came. The music was squeezed into the limits of the tolerable. Tuesday the same. And when I asked the person at the reception again on Wednesday, almost around midnight, I said that this kind of behavior is really rude. If they wanted to open a club for parties, they could do that instead of selling people expensive hotel rooms with music. Then we decided to leave tomorrow. The saddest thing of all is that not a single person at the reception when we were leaving, including a tall gentleman whom I warned about the music one evening, NO ONE ASKED US WHY WE WERE LEAVING TWO DAYS EARLIER. Even though we paid until Saturday, we didn't even want to ask for a refund of the expenses of those two days. Let them have it from us. It seems to me that they knew why we were going, but they just didn't care. Very poor

Bach Boutique was an amazing surprise in Sappada. It is low key sophisticated, clean and modern. The best part was the staff. Roberto, the manager, went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. We felt like we were treated like special guests.
