Hotels with Breakfast in Sapporo

Staff - So welcoming w, attentive ,speaking English very well,Always smiling,try to do their best according to your needs. Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

2nd time staying here! You’ll be greeted by helpful staffs right before you enter the building, world class service all the way, they’ll even send you to the lift! The hotel breakfast buffet has an awesome spread, tried it our previous trip, made sure to book a room with breakfast again this time 🤤

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Location is second to none, just grab your bags and head straight to airport from the train station just right next to it. However, one draw back is that my room is facing the train tracks and expect excruciating noises until midnight. The bathroom could have been more cleaner as I found some body hair in the bath tub just right after I get into the room.  A bonus from this hotel: a small fee allowing you to access in door onsen, and then there is a stand serving milk and popsicles until 10:30pm. Coming out hot from the onsen with cold full cream milk, divine relaxation! Tips future traveler : request a room that is away from the tracks

A great hotel with lots of restaurants (that were fully booked during our stay). Easy walk to many attractions and convenient placement of cafe and Starbucks. Room was comfy but not very soundproof. The guests above us were very noticeable; lots of foot stomping and moving around from 7:00am which wasn’t ideal. Great shower, water pressure was brilliant and the bath products were good.

The hotel is a short walk from Sapporo station. Even in the winter when the roads are snowy, the hotel is easy to walk to and there's a convenience store just half a block away. I stayed here two nights with my wife and two-year old daughter. Check-in process was very standard and I had no complaints. Room was quite comfortable to be in and didn't feel stuffy at all. We didn't make use of any of the facilities nor did we have breakfast there but our overall experience there was A+. There are a couple of restaurants in the front and they seemed to be pretty popular with locals and tourists alike, being pretty much at full capacity every night I was there. The food looked pretty good too. There is a little shop in the lobby that sells a lot of stuff catered to tourists, which was appreciated as it was convenient to buy some snacks and goodies before our trip to the next city.

I have no complaints at all. We arrived when it was really snowy and the road was icy, luckily the hotel is just across the road from the station. B1 is actually connected to the underground walk to the train station which makes it a lot easier with suitcases on snowy days, there are some steps though so you will need to carry your suitcases up and down some stairs but it was not an issue for us. The room was nice and rather bigger than average hotel rooms that I booked in Tokyo/Osaka. One of the staff from the UK made it a lot easier to communicate about the stay. The breakfast buffet was really good with fresh seafood and a lot of other options. The cheese they served was really good.

We stayed in a triple room. There was a extra rolling bed in addition to two twin beds. So, the space available was very limited but we still managed to tidy our three big suitcases. Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, with wide variety of choices, all the attractive local dishes were there, namely sashimi rice bowl, soup curry garaku, Japanese BBQ Yakiniku, soup ramen, cream puff, ice-cream...The free lobby drinks was also an extra bonus but it would be perfect if they could also provide in-room coffee or tea.

Very close to Oodori Park where the Christmas market was held. Happy with the stay. Plus point- AirPort Express bus just outside the hotel..

Totally we stay for 5 night, it was a lovely place to stay. Stunning view from double bed room’s window. The location is very close to the subway station, it is very importance especially on a snowy day. Transportation from/to new Chitose airport was easy by liner bus but be aware about timetable. All staff are very helpful. We love to have a healthy breakfast on the 1st floor. On the last day, we left very early in the morning, we’d got a lovely sandwich box instead of breakfast at the hotel. The price is reasonable. In summary, we were so happy to celebrate our 27th anniversary here.
