Susukino
Nice clean rooms, nearby the sapporo and odori station. Walk along the streets of the hotel and you can find numerous cafes, stores and eateries. It's a good central location and easy to access via the train station. Less than 5 mins walk away. Recommended to stay for a good experience
SAPPORO HOTEL by GRANBELL

The hotel was newly opened on March 1st, and I stayed there on the first day. The staff may not be used to it, so the service was slow, but fortunately they were polite~ The room looked the same as the mockup picture on the Internet, but it was actually more simple and not too tacky. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was big, the room was big, and the ceiling was high! The 23rd floor is rare in Sapporo. There are a variety of large natural hot spring facilities, beautiful scenery, special stones used for the floor, and the hot springs are very satisfying! The lounge is at the entrance of the hot springs, and you have to take off your shoes, which is rare. However, the lounge has a lot of tatami for people to lie down, and you can also order beer. The floor is high. Problem: You can hear the sound of trains in the room on the 23rd floor. Exit at Exit 17. The road is not busy and a bit far, about 7 minutes away. There is no underground street. It will be awkward to drag luggage in the snow. Maybe other hotels at the south exit or near the train station are more suitable.

Very satisfied with our stay. No complaint. Good location to access underground pass, Sapporo station and Rusutsu shuttle bus. It will be ideal if the room brightness at the corner where luggage is can be further enhanced.

Susukino
Our recent stay at the Sapporo Stream Hotel was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Sapporo without any hassle. The hotel's accessibility was a game-changer for families like ours travelling with a stroller. It's directly accessible to the Cocono Susukino Mall and then directly down to the station area. It’s rare to find a hotel this considerate towards families, and we really appreciated the thoughtful design. The housekeeping service was another highlight of our stay. The hotel efficiently ensuring our room was well-stocked with their “menu” of housekeeping options! As expected in a Japanese hotel, the room was compact but thoughtfully designed. While opening two suitcases at the same time was a challenge, this is typical for hotels in Japan. The space was well-utilized, and we found it cosy and sufficient for our needs. Overall, Sapporo Stream Hotel exceeded our expectations with its prime location, family-friendly accessibility, and excellent housekeeping. While the room size might be a slight adjustment for some, it’s a small trade-off for the convenience and quality of service provided. We’d gladly stay here again on our next visit to Sapporo!

Nakajima Park
Newly opened hotel, very satisfied. You have to stay in a branded hotel to feel at ease. The Nakajima Park subway station is right at the door. It is very convenient. It is only three stops to Sapporo Station. You can just walk to the small road block. It is very convenient and quiet in the bustling city.

My wife and I checked in the hotel from 10-14 July 2024. Upon check-in, we were attended by a female counter staff. After checking both my wife and my passport, she mentioned that the room was booked for 4 nights for only 1 person and that I’ll have to pay ¥1,500 additional for each night that my wife stays with me. That added up to ¥6,000 which I felt was totally unnecessary because there was no additional costs incurred regardless my wife is staying with me in the room or not. I tried to speak rationally to the staff attending to me but due to some Japanese rules, she frowned and insisted that I’ve to pay for the ¥6,000 which I have no choice but to pay up. After paying the ¥6,000 we went up to room 705 and realized that the carpet in the room was so old and dirty with stains all over, especially along the main passageway. The bathtub is the only location we can take our shower in and it creaks whenever we step inside, sounding like it’s gonna break apart anytime. The water temperature was also irregular. Though this hotel is conveniently located just minutes walk away from Takajima-Koen Station, we doubt we’ll ever stay back at the hotel ever again. A negative impression has been created since the moment we checked into the hotel and nothing has changed throughout our stay there.
