I stayed for 3 nights.
The price and free parking, even though it's in Sapporo city, are very attractive. Everything you need is provided and it's comfortable.
I think the shared space will vary depending on who you're staying with.

It's a little far from the station, so it takes more than 20 minutes to walk. It's in a residential area, so there are no shopping or eating places nearby. On the other hand, it was quiet and the room was spacious, which was nice.
