This was my second stay at this onsen hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, although the receptionist could have been more welcoming, as he did not greet guests with a smile.
The facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the night lounge area, where guests could relax with mulled wine, coffee, and fresh grilled apples while enjoying a foot spa. The hotel was clean throughout, and the meals served were fresh and of good quality.

Unforgettable memories here. This is an awesome hospitality ryokan I never been received before. Superb lounge and all facilities that they provide. Food is extremely good taste so much.

Excellent hotel with good service, all the food are superb and most of the attractions places are just walking distance.
Bus stop just in front of hotel if travel to and from Sapporo. There is free shuttle bus if you reserve earlier with hotel.
Also private Onsen inside hotel with reservations needed.
Worth to stay although it is slightly pricey.

I have a wonderful stay here. The food is very good and fresh, and there is a lots of things to do in the hotel othen then going to the onsen. You relax in both their lounge and visit their gallery.

My favorite hotel from the 4 day trip to Hokkaido. The staff are extra friendly, and they tried their best to help me feel comfortable despite the languagr barrier. Both the dinner and the breakfast buffet were excellent, and my wife and I made unforgettable memories at this ryokan. The public bath is beautiful and amazing, and don't forget to go to the night lounge as well.
