Had an amazing stay at Chalet Ivy, a new modern ryokan with traditional feels.
The room is very spacious with comfortable modern amenities, with an in-room private onsen, with unobstructed snow covered views.
Dinner and breakfast here are one of the best, the sequencing of dishes and the amount are just right. Your get to explore various dishes and each dishes are so meticulously done.
One of the best perks here are the lounge, the snack bar and drinks bar are awesome. Stocks with best Sapporo snack and drinks for you to grab at any time.
Definitely one of the best resort ever, will return for sure.

Very, very good experience, from communicating with the hotel by email before check-in to contacting the taxi to the first-class environment and service after check-in, it is worth the money. The private hot spring in the house and the public hot spring on the first floor are very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast are also very delicious. I look forward to staying next time

Super satisfied with this hotel! I went there two days before the Spring Festival with my family and booked two deluxe family suites for two nights. I soaked in the hot springs in the hotel room and saw the little fox outside the window🦊. So lucky! The hotel's dinner and breakfast were very good. I was also very satisfied with the layout of the room and the hot springs. Although there were two beds, I like to sleep on tatami mats, and they helped me lay the floor mat. I want to go to this store again! It really achieved relaxation and enjoyment😋

Jozankei is a mature hot spring town, very close to Sapporo. Ivy is probably the newest and most high-end hotel in the town. The location is great, just down the slope opposite Jozankei Shrine, close to convenience stores and restaurants.
