the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of sapporo, and is not far away from the main shopping mall and other shopping streets, they offer carpark to hotel residents at 1500 JPY per night too, which is a covered carpark and is easy to use too

10 minutes walk to sapporo station. There is a public bathhouse in the basement with a complimentary drinks bar. I took a bath while waiting for my laundry to be done. Extra pillows are provided at the lobby.

Wonderful experience! Location quite convenient. Public bath quite clean and tidy. Lounge was simple but cozy. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommended

The hotel is very great. But the extra pillows them provide on the fisrt floor for guest is not enough. We never get them all the 3 days we stayed.

Stayed here few years ago and booked this again!Great location close to Sapporo station. Extra points for onsen and able to choose pillows! Room is however a bit small and can barely fit two big luggage but I do acknowledge Japanese rooms are mostly small. Will definitely recommend!

I broke my knees during the trip and had a wheelchair. The staff there was friendly and nice, and even pushed me up my room.

Hotel staff are helpful. Location is not too far from the JR station and it is walking distance to all the restaurants and parks.
