New hotel, the room is big in Japan, the service at the front desk and restaurant is very good, the breakfast is good. But the overall hygiene of the room and the big bathroom cannot be called very clean, the room is obviously dusty, the floor of the big bathroom is slippery, and the bottom of the pool is also slippery due to insufficient cleaning. The room is not cleaned every day, only once for guests who stay for more than three days. The transportation is not very convenient, the nearest subway station is three intersections away, and the JR station is seven or eight minutes walk away.

It was comfortable in a room that was not defeated by the cold of midwinter! The bed was too comfortable and it was very good to be rumbling all the time. Access from Sapporo Station is a little far, but it is the best because there is a soup curry shop on the first floor of this residence and Seiko Mart is right there. But when I visited in the middle of winter, the bed was comfortable, so I used it at home with a colon. It was the best, so I will use it again.

There was no elevator, it was on the third floor. I didn't wake up and slept comfortably even though I didn't have a lot of guests. Amenities include coffee pots, microwaves (common), and private rooms with TV, stove and refrigerator ... It's a bit far to Sapporo Station. When I first walked, I thought I was really dying because it was snowing. But there is a subway in the direction of Sapporo and Odori, about 10 minutes walk near the hostel, so it is convenient to use it. When I first made a reservation, I canceled it once, so I re-received it. It is a really good hotel for the price. I think I really smell a little bit of cigarettes because there is an ashtray in the room.

It was used with a small child, but the owner was concerned and I was able to use it with peace of mind. It's in a residential area, so there's no noise and you can spend it relaxing. The bath in the facility is only used for the basic shower, but the public bath recommended was very good. It seems that the owner will pick you up and drop you off to the public bath when you are handy. The entrance is locked around 24 o'clock, but you can go in and out if you tell it in advance. Early in the morning is locked. The homemade bread and cherry blossom confiture I had for breakfast was very delicious. It was a fun time to talk to the owner and the color 々 while eating. I wanted to avoid Western-style rooms such as hotels when my child wanted to move around high-high, but it was very difficult to find a Japanese-style room, so I was very grateful.

酒店位置挺好，樓下就有公交車站，旁邊就有個大型綜合商場，購物也很方便，離JR札幌站也很近。酒店房間很大，也很整潔。寶寶們第一次入住，一定要仔細看店家郵件，公寓第一個大門也是需要密碼才能進入的。不過在攜程網上預訂的時候，大家一定要看清楚攜程網上的價格，攜程網上顯示税前價格衹要500多，但你付完錢卻發現税後價格去到1800多，這個税有點貴，大家看清楚再預訂。

とても良かったです。 ただ、民泊であり、ホテルでないことをもっとわかりやすく提示してほしかったです。

Very comfortable and quiet, there is an elevator to worry about luggage handling, there are parks around it is a good choice for parent-child travel, next time I go to play, I will consider this homestay

The location of the apartments is very nice, close to Sapporo station and Hokkaido university museum. It is very clean and quiet . There are enouph space for 3 persons, big kitchen with appliances.
