I recently stayed at Hotel Emion Sapporo for 3N, and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel is just a 7-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, making it very convenient for travellers. There are malls and plenty of shops near the station. It is also located next to the bus terminal, which serves as a gathering area for those who have booked day tours—a major plus for sightseeing.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained (almost new), with a modern and welcoming ambience. A convenient feature is the 7-Eleven store linked directly to the hotel, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials anytime.
A highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet (local), which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right with a nice view of the falling snow.
The only downside for us was the room layout—we felt there was quite a bit of wasted space that could have been utilized better. However, this didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay.
Despite this minor issue, Hotel Emion Sapporo is a solid choice for those looking for convenience, cleanliness, and quality service in Sapporo. Would definitely recommend it!

Great location just several minutes' walk from JR Sapporo. Two large convenience stores just downstairs. Room is average Japanese size which is quite small and it's ok to open a 28 inch luggage along the room corridor. Have a large table which is handy. Got all the amenities and self-serviced. Room is pretty quiet. Good for the purpose and the price.
5mins walk from Sapporo station North exit. Water dispenser and ice maker at our level makes it convenient. Only 1 big luggage can be placed at corner of the room. The other had to be on the walkway in front of the bed. Rather standard space for Japanese hotel. Public bath was nice especially in the cold winter. There is a separate space for relaxing. Wasn’t being told of the coffee lounge during check in as read from reviews here.
Very close to JR sapporo station, approximately 5 mins walk from exit. Hotel lobby located at 2nd floor, self check-in kiosk, staff avaiable to help. Very nice staff. Plenty of amenities provided at lobby, from basis tooth brush, comb etc, to facial care, moisture masks, to bath salt. Tea bags are available as well.
A small but chill lobby area, with coffee machine.
Room is good as well, spacious bathroom with bathtubs as well as shower area, room is a bit small but very clean and tidy, wooden floor. There’s even extra electric fan (Dyson!!!!!!!!!!!) and massage machine in bedroom! One comment is that you need to keep your blind closed otherwise people in opposite building will see you very clearly.
within very convenient walking distance to Sapporo station, has an izakaya restaurant on the first floor (though not part of the hotel), plenty of dining options in immediate surroundings, we opted for the deluxe twin and it was very roomy, loved it
2 small double beds were fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great breakfast buffet including wine and ice cream, salmon roe, cod roe and rice porridge for kids! Late checkout incurs a fee of 2000 yen an hour. Right outside exit 9 of JR with complete step-free access from the JR trains. No facilities but at least the lifts are fast. Close to daimaru where there is a Pokémon Heaps of mainland chinese tourists but I would definitely stay again.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at keihan, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the professional, friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at home.
The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the modern amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries and a rainfall shower.
The hotel is only across the road fr JR station, very convenient. Nice touch can enjoy coffee at lobby area at designated time. An onsen at B1 meet the basic requirement.
However, limited english at front desk, but they are well prepared with a verbal translator to communicate, smart! Breakfast, decent; to follow the desigated time chosen, but finishes at 9am, quite early.
Stayed at the main building, zero usb outlet in room so be self-prepared. Check-out time at 10am is so early and lugguage can only be kept until midday, as long as follow the hotel rules, it is an adequate stay.

QQingsongxiaoxiongbingganThe location is very convenient! Just walk straight from Sapporo Station. The hotel entrance is shown in Figure 1. It is this door. It is easy to go past it the first time. If you take the subway, there is an Exit 16 that is diagonally opposite the hotel. It is very close! The front desk lady is very nice! There are many convenience stores nearby, and there are vending machines in the hotel. I will stay here next time!
TTeacherbizThe hotel is about 550 meters from JR Sapporo Station. While there aren’t many restaurants nearby, it’s conveniently located right in front of Hokkaido University. The nearest convenience store is Seicomart. Interaction with staff is minimal as check-in and check-out are handled through machines. Breakfast is complimentary, and you confirm your selection via the TV in your room.
However, the Wi-Fi is highly unstable—it frequently disconnects and was completely unavailable for one night during our 4-night stay. Free coffee is available from 3 PM daily. Towels are replaced daily and hung on your door, while basic amenities are provided. The water pressure is excessively strong, almost as if draining an entire river. Room cleaning is scheduled every 4 days.
倩倩倩RoseOriginally only planned to live for two days, because the feeling of living is very good, and extended for two days. The most commendable is the service. The two receptionists at the front desk are particularly good, because I am traveling alone, I will introduce the recommended places to go with me, and then recommend me to the Chinese version of the travel guide. Very happy time to travel alone. The quality of the girls in the same room is very good. At night, everyone is very polite and keeps quiet activities. On the first floor is a small family restaurant, fried spring rolls are very delicious, homemade wine is also very good, but closed every Tuesday, need to pay attention. Although the public event space on the second floor is not very big, I have met good friends from South Korea and Taiwan. If you go to Hokkaido, you will plan to live again. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Hokkaido University. It is very convenient to get a traffic light from the subway.
GGuest UserAmenity and coffee maker in the lobby. 3 types of bath salts. The room has a refrigerator and microwave oven. In addition to pillows, there is a large cushion to relax. beautiful.
Breakfast is great. I was impressed with the handmade tomato hamburger. The receptionists are also kind and polite.
MMeiyueI stayed here for 3 nights with 5 friends.
It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Sapporo Station, so I think it was within walking distance.
There were no convenience stores or shops near the hotel, but there were convenience stores, izakayas, and other shops on the walk from the station to the hotel.
I booked a twin room with two double beds, but when we got to the room there was also a single bed so 5 people could sleep there.
Check-in and check-out were a little confusing, but I was able to ask a hotel staff member right away using Skype at the unmanned front desk, which was great.
GGuest UserNot very satisfied with a stay... There was hair dust on the bed. The room was on the third floor and there was no elevator to climb by yourself.
The advantage is that the area is not bad, the indoor facilities are also complete, not far from the station.
GGuest UserSurprisingly good for the price! Room can comfortably accommodate 6. However don’t expect any service because even the reception at the front desk is hardly around
伊伊The price/performance ratio is really super high. ~ It is very close to Hokkaido University. Although the facilities are average, there are some. The room is small and suitable for one person. Breakfast is simply not wanting to complain... But it is even if it comes with it, it is bread and vegetables and juice coffee, the others are gone... The shampoo of the hotel is really easy to use! It looks like the muscle beauty brand, but I don't know if it is. It's really easy to use!
GGuest UserIf it has luggage storage service, I would give a 5-star rate. The location is excellent. It just a few minutes walk to the train station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
I also want to complain about the incorrect information provided by Trip.com. It said the hotel was luggage storage service and I booked It mostly for this reason. It interrupted my plan of trip when I found there was no such service after checking in.
