The hotel did not provide standard toiletries, offering only a comb and a brush, with no shampoo, face masks, or lotion available; additionally, the toilet floor was not cleaned properly, which led to a persistent urine odor throughout the bathroom, while the hot spring water, though clean, was uncomfortably hot, causing many guests to cut their soak short as they could not enjoy the experience for longer periods.

Great stay! The hotel is clean, modern, and well-located near Odori Park and shopping areas. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasant stay in Sapporo!

Choose this hotel due to its location and amenities nearby. Like the hotel staff attentiveness and the hospitality. The room given was also quite roomy for 3 persons and the toilet was cleaned and cosy. The morning breakfast was nice that offered a big variety of options. You can even bring back your coffee to your room after the meal.

The hotel is located in the heart of Tanuki Shopping Street. Stepping out of the hotel, you'll immediately find the market. There are also 7-11, Lawson, and Seicomart convenience stores nearby. You can easily walk from the hotel to various attractions such as Nijo Market, Odori Park, and the Sapporo TV Tower. The rooms are clean, but not very large. Our family of four (2 adults and 2 children) could stay comfortably. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's functional.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Recently renovated. Room is small - if you have a large bag it will need to be opened on bed or entrance but we have rucksacks so not an issue. Great location for the food street. Really enjoyed wandering down it.

This is a great hotel. The room layout was well-designed with partitions clearly separating the bedroom, bathroom, and toilet. The work desk was functional and comfortable to use. The hotel is modern, convenient, and in a very good location. The staff were lovely and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

We’re a group of 3 people booking the hollywood triple room for 2 nights. The room is quite small, we need to take turn openning the luggages but with the price and its location, its understandable. Location is really close to odori park and subway. The other tourist attractions like Sapporo tv tower, the shopping places or restaurants are within walking distance. There’s no hotel’s parking lot but they has special deal with one of the lot nearby. You have to ask for it. Overall, i would recommend this hotel. Really convenient

Very nice location right next to the metro station. Room is big enough for us to open a total of 4 luggage. There's just 1 downside about city, parking always is quite annoying though. It's nothing about the hotel, it's just the parking space and the cost are pretty expensive. Anyways, thanks for the service, and if I'm returning back to Sapporo, will definitely back in this hotel.

Very satisfied with this hotel. Carpark is a bit expensive capped at 2000 yen per night. Rooms are small but well furnished. Has an onsen with outdoor pool, nice to onsen with the snow as well.

Karaksa Hotel Sapporo is right smack in the middle of Tanujiko shopping and dining belt. The Ramen Alley is also nearby. It is close to the entrance of Pole Town, which links all the way to Sapporo JR Station. Walk past Odori metro station in the direction towards Sapporo JR station, you can also easily access Aurora Town on your right, another underground shopping stretch that leads to Aurora Plaza. The hotel provides free ice-cream and drinks at level 2F. The onsen is also conveniently located at level 2F. A coin laundry service is also found near the onsen area but the dryers don't seem very effective. I had to put enough 100 yen coins to use the dryer for 6 whole hours before they were completely dry! Room size is just nice for 2 pax, however it would be a tight squeeze for 3 adults. There isn't much hanging space for clothes in the room so I had to improvise by getting S hooks from Diaso.
