Let me start by saying that my partner and I are both professionally engaged in tourism industry here in Bulgaria. Thanks to our many years of experience in the field of hotels, restaurants and in general in the field of services, we have a broad view of hotel services both in the country and abroad. After the direct reservation with the hotel for a weekend of 22.03-23.03 for a special occasion for us, we would like to express our impression and greatest pleasure in chronological order for our stay. We start with the preliminary communication to and from the marketing department with Ms. Valentina Stamatova, who was at an absolutely professional level with all the courtesy, attention, understanding and care for the potential client (in this case us). We were given a lot of professional attention in these preliminary conversations. Arrival and check-in: The first day of our vacation we found ourselves in front of a truly and in the full sense of the expression Boutique Hotel. At the parking lot in front of the hotel, a friendly concierge greeted us and offered assistance at every level. Our good impressions of our arrival did not end there. At the reception we were greeted by a very radiant, attentive and hospitable receptionist whom we have ever met. The lady had answers to all question and gave us absolutely comprehensive information, accompanied us to the room and answered every single one of our questions with a smile. To put it mildly, we were fascinated by the interior design, the cleanliness, the view and last but not least the stylish compliment that awaited us in the room ( chilled bottle of rose wine 🍷) Before the scheduled massages and a visit to the hotel spa center, we were able to take a closer look at the building. Therefore, we cannot help but say a few words about the entire complex. An impressive combination of unobtrusive luxury, functionality and comfort emanated from every corner of the hotel. Our impressions of the spa center were absolutely the same. A clean, warm and very cozy place with a very professional and kind staff. My partner and I melted under the skilled hands of the masseur Milen. After the professional and very thorough massage done by him, our sensations went to another level. Later in the evening we celebrated our special occasion in the hotel restaurant. Quality dishes, in a good atmosphere with professional and friendly staff further enhanced our pleasant feeling. The comfortable bed, the cozy, clean and stylish room contributed to our active and very pleasant vacation that we had needed for a long time. In most places we go, we usually have a feedback and notes as a constructive feedback and advice to the hotels, based on our experience. At hotel Natura , You have managed to achieve a maximum level of professionalism since your opening of your opening. The excellent symbiosis between a classy atmosphere and a well-trained staff was impressive. These observations gave rise to a wonderful feeling in us
