Hotel reception service - 2 out of 5 , extremely slow and staff seems lost and unclear.
Hotel house keeping and room cleanliness - 2 out of 5 . Bedsheets were not clean , bathroom toiletries were not environmental friendly and clean.
Hotel restaurant service : 5 out of 5 . Too good. Staff was very efficient, responsive, fast. Food options were very good. Buffet service and options were excellent.

Excellent service by the bartender KARAN and the waiter SATISH. I ordered the evening sunrise, and it was absolutely delicious and so beautiful! Satish was extremely attentive to us. Highly recommend! A very nice relaxing area with nice ambience and great service. A lot of choices on the menu. The staff is well trained by LALJI.

Amazing hospitality and support by the entire Ramada team..Be it logistics, baggages, check in or food. Perfect experience at our wedding. The hospitality and guest importance is real in this place. They can set everything fine when you can't even find a solution.

Hotel was very clean,staff was very helpful, superb 5 star breakfast. Nibha and Arjun catered to all our needs during breakfast ,they were very courteous. We checked in late night but the checking staff anc housekeeping staff managed all our requirements at that hour also.

Very nice service!! Great food Ausome food by Mr. Pradeep chef … and Mr.pawan - excellent service Lasagna was tasty among the orders … you should definitely give it a try …among beverages cold coffee was the best ***** with the great ambiance
