Everything was excellent except for not being able to close the roller blinds due to snow outside (hard to sleep with all the light) and the TV was too small and not a smart TV.
Otherwise, absolutely loved the stay and heated floors in the bathroom were awesome after a shower!

I only had two days in Sarajevo, so I specially booked a hotel in the old town. The location was extremely convenient and the hotel was well maintained. Breakfast was very good.
But I don’t know why when our friend traveled, the hotel arranged a king bed and emphasized that this was the booking!
After contacting Ctrip, I was transferred to a twin room the next day, but the room was even smaller.
It’s really not worth the price! A room worth nearly a thousand dollars. Ctrip later refunded us 188 yuan. Choose carefully!

Facilities: There is an elevator, I like the decoration style very much, and the smell in the corridor is wonderful.
Hygiene: Neat and clean. I stayed for two consecutive days and were helped to clean and change bath towels during the stay.
Environment: Very close to the city center, basically no more than 200 meters away from attractions and restaurants that require check-in.
Service: Don’t think twice when you come to Sarajevo, just stay here and you will definitely be satisfied. . The staff spoke English very well. There was no hot water kettle in the room. They made a call in the middle of the night and sent someone upstairs instantly. They also helped to call a taxi. It was the first time in more than two weeks in the Balkans that I felt like I had a four-star hotel with good value for money.
Tips: We booked a stall on Ctrip that did not include breakfast, but the hotel front desk told us the price included breakfast, and the breakfast was really rich and delicious.
