Good hotel for short stay, nice room. But no housekeeping and limited breakfast Liked · Staff was very good Checkin was nice and simple Location is good Room - was good size and clean. But doesn’t have a safe Disliked · Breakfast is limited choice; first morning served on a tray and then second day mini buffet small selection THERE IS NO HOUSE KEEPING. I WAS VERY ANNOYED YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM TO CLEAN THE ROOM. I found this very odd.as we came back expecting the room to be clean and it wasn’t cos we didn’t ask. First time I heard this. NO safe in the room

Great place to enjoy holiday) River side and close to old city Bascarsija) You can enjoy good music and Bosnien kichen, friendly service too) I realy recomend Nova Bentbasa to stay some days or more, why not some weeks) Welcome

Main bedroom window had net curtain that always let in the light and didn't feel very private, seemed strange as the other window had a proper curtain Breakfast is basic and limited, just eggs, a bit of ham, bread and jam Unbelievably you are not allowed to have more than one cup of coffee with breakfast, if you do you have to pay. This is a totally unnecessary and unpleasant restriction and customers expect better than this from a hotel these days. This is supposed to be a hotel not a prison! Room was not cleaned/changed at all during my stay despite me specifically requesting it. Next day the excuse was that I hadn't left the room key and they had lost the second key. Brilliant... One morning there was no hot water, had to have a cold shower. The girl on reception who speaks English is smiling and pleasant but ultimately useless and just not interested in providing good customer service. More interested in enforcing the 'one cup of coffee only ' restriction. Overall this 'hotel' was an endurance not an enjoyment. It could be a wonderful place to stay with different staff and different attitudes to customer care. As it is it is definitely best avoided! So lucky I was only staying a few nights!

The best service, clean room, amazing place💯 Welcome to Sarajevo, Bosnien and enjoy holiday. I recomend) You can find everything to get relax, good Bosnian food in the hotel Nova Bentbasa) River side and only 1 minuts to wolk to city, great)

Hotel in zona tranquilla, accanto al fiume, svegliati dagli uccelli ma a due passi dal centro storico. Stanza e bagno moderni. Pulito e riscaldato, personale cortese. La colazione da migliorare, basica anche se c'era tutto il necessario.

Hotel vicino alla città vecchia, parcheggio gratuito, "monitorato", camere nuove, ma poco curate nella pulizia (doccia con portasapone pieno di ruggine). Moquette non molto pulita WiFi con segnale buono. Lenzuola bucate Colazione su tavoli sporchi e macchiati, con scarsa scelta nei prodotti.
