The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

There is no problem with English communication. The breakfast restaurant ends at 10:30. There are more food types than hotels with the same price, but they will start closing around 10 o'clock.
