We originally chose another hotel but there was a problem so customer service assigned us this one.
When we arrived, we checked in with a really nice girl who welcomed us really well.
The rooms are good overall. A few shortcomings but nothing serious.
The breakfast is huge. There was something for everyone.
The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Which is a plus.
On the other hand, it is not very well located.
In the evening, we stayed without dinner because no restaurant was open in the area.
There is a tram nearby to go to the city but it does not work in the evening.

Almost impeccable, it is a good choice in Sarajevo, comfortable and spacious, rich and delicious breakfast, which is the guarantee of a perfect journey.

The receptionist was very welcoming, the room was large, the air conditioning was sufficient, the breakfast was rich, and the receptionist also helped to call a taxi to the airport. I went to other cities to leave my suitcase for a few days. In short, it was a good experience.

AAndrii KovalchukA good hotel 5 minutes walk from the old town. There are many cafes and shops nearby. There is underground parking, it costs 20 euros per night. There is also a self-service washing machine and dryer.
There is also a sauna, but it is small and it was very hot. Breakfasts are quite good. We liked it.

WWangdahongdaziI only had two days in Sarajevo, so I specially booked a hotel in the old town. The location was extremely convenient and the hotel was well maintained. Breakfast was very good.
But I don’t know why when our friend traveled, the hotel arranged a king bed and emphasized that this was the booking!
After contacting Ctrip, I was transferred to a twin room the next day, but the room was even smaller.
It’s really not worth the price! A room worth nearly a thousand dollars. Ctrip later refunded us 188 yuan. Choose carefully!

GGuest UserThere are no slippers in the room, the heating in the bedroom is not very warm, the floor heating and heating in the bathroom are powerful, not far from the Pigeon Square, the City Hall, various churches, and a small cemetery with about 15 tombstones is more than 50 meters away from the hotel. There is a medium-sized cemetery next to another hotel after exiting the alley. I hurried to buy some food and drinks at 4 pm in winter and went back. I didn't dare to go out at night because I passed by the cemetery. The sanitation was not cleaned. The mattress was quite soft, there was a TV and wireless, and I didn't experience a power outage. There was hot water for bathing in winter. I didn't dare to open the window. It was too cold. It seemed The single room doesn't get any sunlight. The guy at the front desk is very nice. Just register with your passport and then give you the key. There is heating as soon as you enter the hotel. A taxi from the airport costs about 15 marks, but everyone in the taxi knows how to cheat, so prepare 15 marks at the airport, don't use 20 or 30, otherwise, when the driver gets the money, he will say that he only took 15 marks. He doesn't use cheating when eating or buying drinks, because taxi drivers often cheat. If you give him 100 marks and ask him to change the bill for you, you must count it in front of him, otherwise he will give you 10 marks less.

The Latin Bridge, the mosque, the shopping street, and the church are all within easy reach. The hotel breakfast is also very good. The restaurant is very beautiful. Every time I come to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I choose this hotel. The off-season price is around 600, which is acceptable. It is very pleasant to have breakfast while looking at the historic sites in the old city. There were many Arabs and Turks in the hotel, and almost no Chinese were seen. The Latin Bridge is within three minutes of going out. There are many restaurants in the old town, and there is also a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient for eating. The BBI shopping mall is also a 15-minute walk away. However, a friend put US dollars in a bag while staying here, and left the bag after leaving the hotel room. After returning to China, he found 10 100-dollar bills, which turned into 10 one-dollar bills🙀. It should be the result of the hotel staff stealing their posts and changing posts, because they have already returned to China and cannot call the police. RRingoDadGreat hotel with an interesting historical background in a historical city; It's a little over 20 mins walk to the city center, however I choose this hotel because I have a car and this hotel has a very good parking lot for guest. You may take #6 tram to most city sights on this circle line.
Hotel breakfast was very good, however the hotel facilities and deco look little dated, and internet was very slow on 8th floor when we were there.
