Loved the look of the hotel! The balcony was amazing and the views were great! Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful spot. Parking was included so that was a nice plus! The room was large and bright. I have enjoyed my stay and would recommend!!

Hotel with good facilities. Modern. Great design Reception staff very unfriendly. Unbelievable that they called the room at 10.30 to say that we had to leave at 11. When I was about to answer, they rudely hung up the phone. I travel all over the world and this has never happened to me. Very unpolite and unpleasant. Perfectly admissible if they were 11. This is a lack of education Another bad thing is the location. Although it is right on the sea, for those who come by car, getting to the Hotel is a real nightmare. Horrible traffic. One-way streets with poorly parked cars. Anywhere you come from, you have to go through the entire city with horrible traffic. The location is excellent for those coming by boat. The hotel is literally on top of Port. If you come by car, choose another hotel A good thing is the parking (although small) in the hotel building itself. The room is excellent. large and comfortable. Great bathroom. Good balcony on top of the Port with beautiful views of the sea Poor breakfast. Limited choices. Once again (with the exception of a nice girl) the service is extremely cold and unfriendly. In short: Modern hotel, very good room,great design, terrible and unpleasant service. Bad location for those coming by car

I highly recommend Yacht Premium Hotel! One of the best luxury hotels in Sarande. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room with the sea view was top notch. Everything was super clean and breakfast was delicious. Wonderful experience and will be returning.

The place is modern, has very nicely appointed rooms with a good layout, and large balcony. The breakfast was very good. Very clean throughout. The views are OK. The concrete ground area below really does detract from the bay vista. There was a strange, almost bleachy smell throughout the hotel. Few amenities, so felt more like an apartment than resort/hotel. It's a solid 4 star, not luxury, so prices seem high for Albania.

We took the ferry from Corfu and used Saranda for a 2-night, 3-day tour of Albania. This hotel was so convenient to the ferry terminal, and an easy walk from the tourist area without being in the midst of the hubbub. It was of a good standard, with nice finishes, comfortable bed, and beautiful view. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, as was one dinner. We found the on-site staff to be warm, kind, and helpful. One area for improvement would be pre-arrival communication. They were responsive, but need to work on a friendlier, more customer-service oriented, less brusque communicative style.

The hotel is located near to the ferry terminal. This means the busier area for bars/restaurants is a little 15 minute walk away. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated to a very high quality. Breakfast was continental, so ok. The staff, in my opinion, although very friendly, are not up to the job. There were a few just standing around not doing anything. We waited some time for tea & coffees. The breakfast was y refilled when empty. If this area of staffing was improved it would be a fantastic place to stay.

Perfectly beautiful. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The service you receive is 5star. The room we stayed in was wow!! Scrumptiously clean very modern- electric curtains, power shower with the freshest smelling fluffy towels. Beautiful view from our balcony. Very centrally located next to the port. Lovely stroll every evening along the promenade full of restaurants, bars and shops. Beach with sun loungers next to hotel. Taxis just down the road

We stayed there, which is just wonderful in itself. We were advised by the receptionist to try the food, if we weren’t happy, they would pay for it. To say we were happy is an understatement. It was the best food anywhere in Saranda. We tried a few and this is the best. The staff are so attentive. The attention to detail is spectacular. The tastes of the food are incredible. The young waiter, he was so helpful and friendly. They brought this delicious toasted bread with various dips, just for us to try. Thank you.
