We experienced a very warm welcome after a long drive. Specially Ditran, he is the perfect Host with his big smile, very good English and personal attention. All staff makes you feel at home! Our bedroom was excellent, comfi bed, cold fridge, modern bathroom and balcony ready for a beautiful sunset. On top of the perfect service, they suprised us with a romantic touch when we came back after a beach day and a cocktail....A lovely Lady decorated our room as if we were on our honeymoon...this made our stay in Oasis an unforgettable one! Thanks again Ditran and Staff!!

The room was fine! However unfortunately the staff only offered us 1 card where in every other hotel I have been usually offer two cards to enter the room which was an inconvenience and when I asked for another one they refused to provide. Secondly, they evaded our privacy. We put up the sine to “DO NOT ENTER” at the room door and they still entered when we were not there I have no idea why and when I asked the first time they said the sign wasn’t up! However, the second time we made sure to put up the sign and took a picture and it happened again where the housekeeper entered without permission! The third problem we encountered was the problem with payment before hand we checked online that they accept credit cards(Visa, Master) However when time came to check out they told us the terminal for payment is not working and when we asked to see if it is working they refused to even try to turn it on! We were forced to go to an ATM which has very high fees and the inconvenience and the stress they caused us was not worth the stay! ***All in all I would NOT recommend the HOTEL OASIS! *Very disappointed with their service and carelessness in regards of their Money makers(costumers)

The hotel is maintained by Sofia and team. It’s a family run business. A home away from home. Each one of them serve with a smile, whatever the request or the time. The view is great. Rooms are clean. They help you with parking. You are treated like a royalty

Nicely positioned hotel, close to the best beaches in Saranda. Recently renovated, it was very clean and room was very spacious. The thing we liked the most is that it is managed by a family, thus they make you feel a part of them! Very helpful, very kind and warm people! The food menu was good, also felt like a regular breakfast you would have at home. I highly recommend!

We stayed with a group for two nights at the beginning of May. Everything was perfect, great big rooms with a beautiful seaview. The owner, Sofia is very friendly and helpful. We recommend Oasis hotel and we hope to return there one day 🙂 Anna Stachura

Excellent hotel at Saranda, with a beautiful view over the city and the shore. Large bedrooms with luxurious marble bath at the 4th floor and nice balcony. Very careful personal and good breakfast. Comfortable beds

We ended up in the apartment next to the oasis. Very spacious. Towels on the meager side. Make your own bed. Beautiful view of the sea, great. Good elevator. Breakfast in the oasis with many cold breakfast things such as cold pancakes/pancake/omelette. Service is very correct. Difficult to park the car

We had a great time. Bed soft comfortable pillows. Satisfactory cleaning and the reception guy very kind and helpful. It is located close to everything you need. In front there is a small area for children. Large and comfortable room
