В номере присутствовал посторонний запах, неприятный.
Замок в душевой постоянно выпадал.
Нет большого зеркала при выходе
Некачественное мыльце.
Завтраки холодные и не очень вкусные. Практически у каждого гостя тарелки не были пусты.
По служебным вопросам пришлось уехать не пару дней раньше. Компания не считает нужным вернуть деньги за неиспользованные дни.
Неумение, а вернее нежелание напрямую решить вопрос с отелем просто поражает.даже затрудняюсь понять кому же нужнее мои деньги ?
Отелю, кот ссылается на компанию по бронированию или наоборот?
Отель Меридиан уверяет, что не получил запрос. А Trip Coins
уверяет, что отель отказывается подтвердить даты проживания. Две наглые, хамоватые компании..
Не советую связываться. А в жизни все бывает.
Хорошо, что только за пару дней не вернули оплату. Пусть сходят в ресторанчик. Им видимо нужнее.

Все понравилось, не с первого раза но понравилось всё. Очень камерный отель. Номеров мало и это прекрасно. Отдельная благодарность персоналу))), он прекрасен начиная от входа и до уборки номера. Завтраки своеобразные - мне нравятся. Парковка удобная. Доступность до всего в центре)))

Отличный сервис, приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Номер чистый, просторный. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Удобное месторасположение, перед отелем есть парковка. Вкусные, хорошие завтраки.

В целом отель красивый.но 10-го сентября персонал в коридоре ругался матом и я заметил,что от женшины в форме разит жывьём.Куда смотрит руководство отелем?Допускать пьяного работника к работе?Доверять личные вещи я бы не стал таким сотрудникам.Я в шоке
