This is a very small unit, which is fine for one or two people. But it needs updated on every level for my standards.

Good location to beaches
Property was as advertised. Bungalow was clean. Bed was comfortable. Beach & restaurants were walkable. Amenities need to be upgraded. Spoke with owner and he assured me he was working on improvements that were suggested.

Cozy
It was a cozy cottage. Everything we needed was there. Location was very convenient. Within walking distance of several restaurants (Pop's Grill, Pelican Alley, and Sweet Melissa's Ice cream). Quiet location. Distance from beach was also very short.
No more than 2 can stay there comfortably as stated in the description.
Bob was a great host.
