"A clean apartment, a lucky gentleman, very interested and ridiculous, all his things were new, we relaxed as in our house."

"I was there for one week. The hotel is very nice and situated in the centre of sarigerme with many shops and restaurants around. Only downfall is that the WiFi is weak at certain parts but once speaking to front staff they were very accommodating and moved me to a different room. Overall the stay was very nice"

"There are many children, suitable for families, there is a private beach, but the beach is not flat enough, there are more stones, and the sea view is slightly inferior to the hotel I visited later in Fethiye; the hotel service is half and half, some staff are more enthusiastic, and some have an average attitude; the facilities are relatively old, and the hygiene feels so-so, not as good as the hotels in Fethiye; what can I say about the all-inclusive meals, the breakfast and dinner are relatively rich, and the lunch is very average. I am really a bit tired of eating here after staying for three days."

"What we liked: The hotel is super clean. Our room was great, big and beautiful. We walked with barefoot on the floor, because of the cleanliness. The bathroom big enough and clean. The products in the bathroom are from L'Occitane, a premium manufacturer of shampoos and cosmetics. The surrounding of the hotel is very pleasing. Everywhere colorful plants, flowers and trees. The setup is just amazing a little bit of Italy (Toskana) and Thailand. Carefully decorated with a high degree of pleasing details. The pool area is just as amazing as the rest. The pool itself is filled with warm water. There are enough towels and sun lounger. Don't miss the amazing sunset. Just beautiful. In summary, if you want to avoid the crowded place and appreciate privacy this is the place to be. Staff is very friendly. You get a fresh cocktail and a plate of fresh fruits as a welcome gift. What we did not like: As much as we liked the hotel the breakfast and the service was not able to keep u with the rest of the hotel. Breakfast with one word was catastrophic. To put it in perspective. The hotel has ”only” 11 rooms. So the amount of guest waiting for their breakfast is more than managable. They only had one official waiter. The selection was really bad. Some jams, which we did not like. Some sausage with eggs (turkish dish), olives. That's it. No chocolate cream or cream cheese. What really was disappointing was that we constanly had to ask for bread. It was as if they intentionally wanted to annoy the guests. As the waiter always brought one or two slices of bread. Even other guest were really pissed of. The ”highlight” was that we asked for orange juice, which was not fresh, it was packed. They did not tell us, that orange juice is not for free. So it came in surprise to us when we checked out. Nobody told us. This is a scam. They had filter coffee and instant coffee as well as coffee from a coffee machine. The filter coffee was for free. Unfortunately the filter caffee was not always available. Instead they provided us with instant coffee powder, which was also billed at checkout. Again nobody told us, that this will cost, let alone, that it is more than rude to sell instant coffee. In summary the breakfast does not match the price tag and is disappointing. Not a good way of starting into the day. Eating at the hotel restaurant is kind of gambling. There is no information available regarding the available dishes and of course price tag. You have to ask. And I can tell you, the price will depend on who is asking. This is ridiculous and does not suit the ”wanna be” high quality of the rest. The hotel is accessible by a gate. You drive with your own car into the premise. Driving in and out is annoying, as you have to wait until somebody notice that you want to drive in or out (precious time is wasted). In summary, this hotel could achieve 10 of 10 points, by changing litte. Breakfast is no rocketscience. Staff is really friendly but not always"

"Next to the airport, suitable for short transit accommodation. The front desk was very friendly and could also help contact the taxi to the airport. As a transit accommodation, it is enough."

"It was not much different from what was expected. The room was very clean. The owner asked us not to wear shoes when entering. The only thing that was not ideal was that the water in the shower was so small that I didn’t want to wash my hair even though I have short hair. The hotel has a pick-up service. The price for airport pick-up has increased from 5 euros to 9 euros. However, the boss is very enthusiastic and helps us carry our luggage up and down the whole process (there is no elevator). If you need to book breakfast, it is best to reserve a time or Please tell us what time you want to eat in advance, otherwise they will make breakfast very leisurely, so that we have to wait for more than an hour. "Let's start with the staff ....barely speaking English and the food absolutely needs a donation for flavour no taste whatsoever .through my stay I had to stick with one meal and order the same one because of the taste .. the only good thing about the stay is there's free sauna and inside hair salon and pool . It was very hard to be around the hotel because of welcoming issue people stair at you like you came from different world .. It's very awkward to be in that situation and the Wi-Fi does not work in night time and it's so horrible because no one around knows English..I won't recommend any black person to go .. "

"I was there for 1 night and had great hospitality. Literally 5-6 minutes drive from the airport. Not much available to eat as arrived around midnight but I already knew that so i was ok with it. Room was big and clean. Fresh breakfast in the morning as I was up early and they arranged it for me before time. Clean hotel and reception was available throughout and helpful. Wifi was fast as I made lots of videos calls but I went in October. Thank you for your hospitality."

"The hotel is not bad. Clean, modern renovation, good swimming pool, restaurants. But there are moments that should not be in hotels of this level: 1. There are two chairs on the balcony, but no table. If you drink, for example, tea, then there is nowhere to put it. 2. The corridors are hot and stuffy, maybe of course we were unlucky. 3. The water pressure in the shower of the room on the top floor does not allow you to wash normally. 4. It is strange that the hotel does not exchange currency. Dalaman has an international airport, but the city itself is absolutely not a tourist city, and exchanging money is a problem."
