Spa staff were great, they went out of their way to make sure all was avaible to us . Restaurant staff were also very kind and professional. Only negative point is the manager at the end who asked the shuttle driver too late. We ordered the shuttle for 11am and we didn't start until 11.10am. There are works on the road so would have needed punctual time for some errands near the station before to take the train.

super nice hotel. clean and stylish business room. it has all you need. the spa area is new and beautiful. its a pitty that small children have access to the spa area (although we love children). but its not a playground to play in the wirlpool or spa pool. its meant to be a quiet spa-wellness area. well, NOT when its transformed into a playground for small children. definitely something to improve or at least to think about…

Ich musste letztes Jahr eine Schnupperlehre dort absolvieren und musste ausländerfeindliche Kommentare aufschnappen. Nach diesen zwei Tagen war mir klar, dass das Seehotel Wilerbad von mir keine Bewerbung bekommen wird. Ich hoffe dieses Erlebnis wird nidmande auch so erscheinen.

Viele Parkplätze vorhanden, Zimmer mit Seesicht ist okay (Mülleimer wurde beim Einchecken nicht geleert). Wellness schön und gross (Badeschlappen unbedingt selbst mitnehmen). Das Hotel von aussen sieht nicht wirklich schön aus.. die zwei Abendessen im Restaurant waren eine Katastrophe (wie bereits an der Reception erwähnt). Extrem lange Wartezeiten (wir hatten HP-Menü), Service freundlich, das Essen selbst nicht 4 Sterne würdig! Es war wenig und lieblos auf dem Teller angerichtet (siehe Foto). Fazit zum ganzen Aufenthalt: enttäuscht und leider nicht empfehlenswert

Es war ein schönes Hotel. Für mich war der SPA total überfüllt. Die Leute hatten auch keine MAsken an in dem Riheraum, obwohl es Angeschrieben war. Die Getränkebecher im SPA waren ekelhaft schmutzig. Das Esnnen am Abend war Stroganoff, für mich viel zu Zäh. Die Bedienung sehr nett. Alles in allem würde ich dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen.

Das Personal in diesem Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Zimmer waren makellos und komfortabel. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und gab keinen Grund zur Klage. Dazu kommt die gute und ruhige Lage am See.

Zum Start meiner Ausbildung verbrachte ich drei Tage im Hotel Wilerbad. Leider war das Zimmer 301 im Vergleich zu den anderen Zimmern meiner Kolleginnen und Kollegen eine echte Enttäuschung. Obwohl wir alle den gleichen Preis zahlten, erlebte ich ein deutliches Downgrade. Ich hoffe, das Hotel nimmt diese Kritik zur Kenntnis und sorgt zukünftig für eine gleichwertige Zimmerqualität für alle Gäste. Gast: A. Uebersax, FHNW

Schöne Anlage mit ausgezeichnetem Wellnessbereich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und auf kleinem Raum praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Restaurant wird Thaiküche angeboten, die frisch und ohne Fertigsaucen zubereitet wird. Mit der Schärfe wird nicht übertreiben, was so manchem Mitteleuropäer gefallen dürfte. Zusammengefasst ein lohnender und erholsamer Aufenthalt in sehr schöner Umgebung.
