Second stay at this lovely hotel. We came back and were stunned by Chiara remembering our favorite room and helping us to feel welcomed. The room we enjoy is always clean, lots of natural light, spacious and in good shape. It is extremely convenient and confortable. We also enjoy the restaurant next door DELICIOUS. Highly recommend. (Esteban is pur favorite waiter ). Ac works great, water pressure perfect, linen and bed excellent, easy parking, convenient location with a great outdoor. Our favorite room is on the 2 floor Chiara you are a sunshine See you next year !

This hotel is simply tired. The carpets were absolutely filthy and my room had an awful smell, with mold on the walls as well as in the bathroom. An extra helping of mold was also comfortably living on the shower head, so ingesting it was relatively easy and convenient. I had to leave a day early because the mold led a horrible reaction, which caused me to morph into something resembling a land dwelling Japanese puffer fish. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because the staff at the reception desk were very friendly and were doing their best. But after staying at this hotel I'm absolutely sure that Santa Caterina was not the patron saint of cleanliness.

Disappointed, room very dated and horrible musky smell, shower head needs a good clean as does the shower unit. Staff at reception pleasant, but others very rude. Restaurant attached to Hotel was excellent. Arrived end of May and swimming pool not open, did say online, but a lost opportunity for Hotel not to open earlier. Would I stay again - No

Everything ok, perfect! A calm atmosphere, well-air-conditioned room, very clean, friendly staff, what more could you ask for. The plus for disabled people on the ground floor rooms. Very good, Hotel not far from the Cinque Terre

A family with a child must pay close attention to the window, as its shape can be an attraction - the railing is too low. Breakfast is taken at the bar, the restaurant seems to have changed management. Had dinner, huge starter of Parma ham, slightly too salty, barred good. Pasta with a name I don't remember with pesto, but unfortunately Genoa is far away. Large portion, but the pesto was just pesto and nothing else, we ate it with cheese. For me the prices are high, one expects less quantity and more taste, but modern chefs no one tastes the dishes that come out.

We were in a group of 35 people, many of whom had disabilities. They managed to accommodate us in the best possible way. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The triple rooms are very spacious and have a step-free shower. They don't have half or full board options but there is an adjacent restaurant where we ate very well. It was an excellent alternative to the hotels in La Spezia. Not far away there is a nice shopping center. I absolutely recommend it and will return. Courteous and helpful staff

Very well-kept room...relaxing bed with excellent mattress for those with posture problems...staff up to the task....we were hosted in 11 people; a family with three children in a junior suite. All perfect! More than recommended also for the quality-price ratio!
