At the time of checkout we were given a UPI QR to do the payment. When I did the payment hotel receptionist said that it wasn't received by the hotel. And we were provided with another UPI QR. We did the payment on the second UPI QR which was said to be successful. For the first payment which they said that the hotel hasn't received it, the receptionist said that it would get refunded in 24hrs. It is 2 weeks now and I have made several calls for the refund, but nothing has been done. Its quite a scam the hotel is running where they will give you a UPI QR which they will say didn't receive the payment and then immediately give you a second QR code. I checked with my bank and the transaction was successful. So, please be careful, don't get fooled by the fact that the hotel is under IHCL. A very very bad experience + in whose pocket is my money?? Will you be refunding it?
