The stay was amazing and super comfortable. The staff was very courteous and supportive. Property is located at very scenic and apt place which can mesmerize any customers staying at property. The best part is the property just behind or next to Gir National Safari Office (Sinh Bhavan) and if you have booked safari then you can call the safari vehicle directly to hotel for pickup. Super property and worth visiting.

IHCL - Gir Serai we arrived with simple expectations. They were not met. Everything was average. Breakfast was average. Ethnic items were not upto the mark. Meals what we ordered (Because Buffet was quite average), was also quite average. Only good part were people who served. I would expect a 4* Hotel (thats what Gir Serai felt like) next to a park gate, to talk about activities / experiences. There was nothing. There was no mention of a river right next door. Rooms were ok but bathroom had a smell of clogged water and Jetspray force was more like one needed for a fire extinguisher. It was not a bad stay but it didnt inspire much and considering Gir has so many good hotels now, I wouldn't come back here. IHCL definitely needs to focus more on Gir Serai experience. Cannot assume that because of liquor shop within its premises (a big plus in dry state like Gujarat), it would make it a default option for travelers.

This hotel is really well located for its prime purpose, hosting guests to access Sasan Gir Reserve. Some aspects of the hotel are a little tired and would not impress the most exacting traveller, but the services and food were good. An excellent massage in the spa!

Prakash bhai coordination and services were excellent. 2 days with his car hiring services I never missed my own vehicle. Satisfied and well mannered train team of drivers, specially Narendra (munnabhai) and Rafiq bhai. Strongly recommend Gir car rental by Mr Prakash mahida at sasan gir 087586 28016 / 099091 11726.

The excellent location and peaceful ambience of the hotel was complemented by the warmth of the staff. Special mention to Apu in the restaurant for his attention to detail. The front desk staff were always cooperative and did their best to make the stay memorable. Keep up the great work!

This is right next to the entrance of Gir. Very good hotel with fantastic service , good food and all the amenities you need. Also the view from the balconies across the river hiran is fantastic. The place could benefit from a renovation as the age is showing. Also, its imperative for the lobby to get air conditioning, this is a IHCL property and this is a basic amenity. The heat during may is scorching

Very good Experience. Location was good. We went there and stayed for 1 night. Staffs were superb. Room view fantastic. Indoor games were available like carom board, chess, Table Tennis. Rooms interiors are getting upgraded and the new designs are fabulous

Great experience. Staff were co-operative. Food was good. Live song during dinner was mind blowing. Door service was Gir safari during morning was appreciable. Driver of Zipsy was also good. General Manager guidance was also helpful for our further journey.

Had a wonderful time during my stay.. Location of the Property is just next to the Gir Interpretation Zone.. Very serene and a riverside location . Had an excellent dining experience with a perfect forest view sit out.. I recommend this place
