Very good location 10 mins walk from Jr. Staff are friendly and helpful. The day I go there are raining day. Have free umbrella to borrow. Breakfast are tasty. Large room.

Great location near Sasebo JR station and bus station. Also, near many shops and restaurants all in walking distance.

Environment: The scenery is very beautiful and pleasant. There is a shuttle bus every hour at the station. Sanitation: The sanitary conditions are a bit worrying, and the cleaning staff is seriously understaffed. The floor and walls of the room are not cleaned very cleanly. I saw a huge bug when I was taking a shower in the big bath... Facilities: The facilities are basically very old and a bit out of date. The toilet is not separated into dry and wet areas. Service: The front desk service is OK, but one day the cleaner forgot to lock the door after cleaning the room. The professional quality needs to be improved.

We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.

On the hillside, driving is a bit difficult, be careful The car keys must be handed over to the hotel staff. If you park, you need to park in other parking lots, but the hotel will pay the 12-hour parking fee. The elevator is small and too much luggage will not fit

The hotel has the exclusive boat ride that will take you into the theme park with your pre-purchased tickets. It is a grand old hotel and just 3mins walk from the JR station. As it is a theme park, be prepared of a huge crowd at night time when using the hotel onsen as everybody will be coming back. If you never use the onsen, the hotel will refund 150yen when you return the onsen voucher upon check out.

Overall very good. The interior of the room is clean and tidy. The network is not good, hahaha is a bit stuck. The location is very good, out of the long-distance bus station straight on the side of the road, very easy to find. If you are taking the subway, cross the road first and then go straight. There is a pedestrian street opposite the hotel, which is convenient for eating. There is a TV and a refrigerator inside the hotel (the refrigerator sounds a bit loud.) There is a kettle, which is very useful in winter. Hair dryer, anyway, is very good.

I mostly spent time at Huis Ten Bosch, and only returned to the hotel to put my luggage down and sleep, so the small size of the room didn't bother me much. The cleaning was a bit sloppy, but the bedding was clean and I didn't use the bath because I went to the hot spring, so it's good value for money if you're just going to sleep. There was no excessive service, so I was able to stay at my own pace. My room was on the road side, so I couldn't see anything, but it's on a hill, so if you go outside you can see the night view. There is a simple convenience store in the lobby, so if you're lucky you can buy rice balls lol. They sold out quickly. There are also a minimum number of luxury items such as alcohol, 17 ice cream, and coffee. There are only two coin laundry machines, so you could use them if you were lucky. It was tough to climb the slope to the hotel under the scorching sun, but I think I'll come back again.

Amazing location!!! Its just right outside Sasebo Train Station. They have complementary breakfast each morning (simple japanese food) but its good! The rooms were also bigger than those Im used to in Tokyo and Osaka. Will definately book again in my future visits.
