The stay was overall good. Initially there were few glitches in food and behaviour of staff but once i complained to owner, they made sure to give good food and good service. Appreciate the efforts put in by staff and owner. Thank you for this good experience.

The stay at mahabaleshwar fragrance was delightful. The room was clean and had a very good balcony view overlooking the strawberry farms, and the adjacent mountain ranges. The breakfast served was bread butter jam, ch-ole puri, cut watermelon and up-ma it was very good. The staff were courteous and helpful. Only inconvenience was the driveway to the hotel was very narrow(single car only) and steep with a sharp turn towards the hotel with only one place for crossing in the middle.
