The hotel appears very glamorous and impressive from the online photos and especially the reception hall. The views are most spectacular from the rooms overlooking the ocean and the hotel offers many facilities, with at least three swimming pools. On the negative side, it is an older Hotel therefore the rooms do need some (further) renovation and replastering and modernisation, such as the old wardrobes that have simply been painted white to refresh them, as an example. The rooms do tend to smell a little musty as well, could be from the aged bathroom plumbing, but once the aircon runs for a while everything smells fresh. In my particular room ,when there was a very strong wind off the bay there was also a slight howling wind noise through the door seals On arrival the staff were very pleasant, obliging & even happy to allow me to check in at 10am. even though I wasn't due to til 2pm.. I found all the staff polite, helpful & friendly. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and of a reasonable standard and quality of food, but you need to get in early, as this hotel seems to cater for large tour groups and when they arrive, they tend to devour what's on offer, but it is replaced promptly by the staff. For the cost, I felt this hotel was good value but if you're looking for a five star hotel, you should probably stick with the Hilton or something similar.

Nice , cozy hotel where is very quiet beachfront with an excellent breakfast ! Most of all the hohel is nearby the best seafood Restaurant only 650 meters away, end of the beach!!! We stayed here 3-4 times already, will come back again soon! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good pool and children's water park combine around a bar and restaurant area with waterproof seats and loungers. Prices reflect local rates outside hotel. Genuinely striving to provide clean comfortable accommodation at a very competitive rate with a full breakfast spread. Beach is a 5 minute stroll. Check maps for nearby attractions and markets etc.

I stayed at this hotel for 4nights, i enjoyed the swimming pool, alot, the location is central to everything, the beach is at your doorstep, walking distance to 7/11, all shops & bars, however, the hotel is currently under construction & what disturbed me alot, was that drilling every morning at 8, that woke me up, it was so annoying especially after a late night. I also observed that the cleaners would fold the same dirty towels you put in the washing, also room service is terrible. At the swimming pool you have to sign out for your towels but there is no sign in column when you bring them back, also no assistance with the umbrellas which are all closed on very hot days. I also got some attitude with the cleaning staff, room service , bellboy & service at the swimming pool, also guest relations, i asked where is the other swimming pool, she was too busy with her phone to give get up & show me, she just said,’go straight’, i walked & walked & could not find it. This hotel can be the perfect stay if only they improve their service.

Pros: Great location, Super friendly and welcoming staff, Great pools with kids facilities, Spacious room. Cons: Towels were very dated, Object minimal breakfast, 70+% gym equipments are broken, or non-functional. Overall it is good value, my stay has been very pleasant.

A hotel that deserves more than 5 stars. The reception staff are very professional and quick in completing check-in and check-out procedures. All the employees and workers in the hotel are happy to help guests. Frankly, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants relaxation, tranquility, comfort and cleanliness. I'm a repeat guest at this hotel and I liked it so much I returned! The rooms are still in new condition spacious and clean, all with balconies. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient. The location is great, not far from cafes, restaurants, bars and night markets, plus the beach is just 150 or 200 meters down the road. The rooms are quiet too, & well blacked out at night. The buffet breakfast is also plentiful and varied. No complaints from me. I would stay here again.

Fantastic location on Beach Road. Nice breakfast each morning, fridge and water provided. Great service with smiles. Best food market on the beach.five minute walk. Three Pad Thai choices under $2.50. great price for room as well

We initially stayed in the Premier Suite with a pool but decided to transfer to the Family Suite King when we extended our stay for an extra night. Keeping the pool room didn’t feel worth the additional cost, so switching to the Family Suite was a much better choice. However, the TV is quite old and outdated—it doesn’t support YouTube or Netflix, and all the channels are in Thai, making it difficult for foreign guests to watch anything. The water heater also takes a long time to warm up, and the bathroom lacks some essentials like small towels and toothbrushes. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay was still comfortable overall.

The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in and entire stay seamless. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, and the location was perfect and walking distance to the beach.
