Services for sleep eat and going enough. Hot water sometimes closed, it's need recheck electric switch. Shower better make near bathtub, for can put hot water, if normal not warm.

Location is okay but there is only one bistro along the beach. No bars around. There are some massage, eatery, coin laundry and one 7-11 around. Room is small but very clean,quiet and comfortable during my stay in the weekday and not crowded. Nice pool but at night time will be alittle noise with kids in the pool.

It's raining everyday during our visit, so we avoid staying in downtown Pattaya due to some areas flooded and also had bad traffic This hotel is located only 35 minutes away from Samaesarn. We went to the Navy beaches during the day, and bought cooked foods from the Samaesarn seafood market for dining at our hotel rooms. The rooms are big, clean and equipped with a small kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, glasses and utensils. The receptionist assigned our rooms next to each other which worked very well. Breakfast; egg dishes were delicious. Salad & dairy products were nice! We enjoyed everything, except the swimming pool. It's too small.

This is my second time here. The first time I slept in a building, this time I slept in a villa with a garden view. Overall, it's an old hotel, as is, well taken care of, so it's not too run down. The first time the air conditioning wasn't cool, this time I found a room with a room with a cool air conditioning again. The hot water is a bit hard to adjust. Most importantly, there are a lot of mosquitoes that bite in broad daylight, so you have to carry mosquito spray with you. But the location is good, even though it's in an alley by the sea, you have to walk through a large pool to get to the sea. There are a lot of swimming pools, it's not crowded around the hotel, there are restaurants, massage shops, minimarts, at night there's a bar by the sea.

The room is normal. There is a 7-11 very close by. The staffs are very good. Fast and systematic. But I got a room on the side of the road. At night, the noise from the motorcycles was very loud, waking me up. But other than that, everything is good.

I got a room upgrade, but it was a bit noisy at night.

Considered beyond expectations, the room is very big, the air conditioner is cool, satisfied, the room is clean, the bed is considered soft, there is a parking lot, the staff speaks well, quiet, next to the beach, but the door will open during 10:00, the breakfast is good, the variety is delicious, there is a chance to go back and stay again.

This is my first time to stay in this hotel. The location is a bit away from the central area, but there are restaurants and cafe nearby. The hotel situates at the seaside where you can step on the sandy beach right from the breakfast desks. The room was spacious, tidy and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good enough while you can enjoy your breakfast indoor, outdoor or even on the grassland. We booked this hotel because it equipped with watersports facilities like diving, SUB and sailing. We booked a catamaran but was unable to sail out due to the weather condition on the first day. On the second day, the weather turn out fine and we have an enjoyable sailing moment. It was a amazing experience to stay and sail in this hotel. We certainly will stay in this hotel again on our next visit to Pattaya.
