The room at the lake was booked. The staff was very friendly, everyone would tell, take and take from the garden. The area is big. The breakfast is delicious, the choice is 👍🏻 you can saturate. The location of the main building in the geolocation is not indicated, so the taxi drivers were difficult to find a hotel. Rooms are closed to the usual key 🔑 not a map. Balconies are upper related to neighbors. Cleanly, they were not satisfied. It is clear that around the tropical, a lot of ants. But to see the mouth friend didn't expect 🙌🏻 We are not irritable in principle, but a cockroach was killed in the soul. We were in a light shock. The garden itself is of course super, there is something to look at. The market is in the garden Big C, only works until 6:00. After all it's as if isolated.

We got complementaries from this room type ✅ Free breakfast @ SORA ✅ Free afternoon tea 2-5 pm ✅ Free happy hour 6-7:30 pm There are choices if dining you can enjoy. Over the moon on rooftop, or Under the Sun on the courtyard by the beachfront ❎the glass door is not thick. We can hear the wind sound all night. And by the day time, we can feel the heat on the glass.

Great room with private pool. Spacious and well equipped. Love breakfast selections especially the freshly pressed juice on demand. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Will definitely come back.

Perfect stay at Andaz! Excellent location, very near several great seafood restaurants in the area. The hotel is probably the best in Pattaya right now. 6 stars services and top quality and great variety of breakfasts. Spotless swimming pool and slides. The pool has heating turned on all the time, which was really impressive.  The surroundings and environment are serene and peaceful.  Very beautiful at night; great big trees in natural habitat with traditional Thai style buildings. Will stay here again for sure.

The staffs are very good. The hotel is quiet. I went with my family or friends and it was like closing the hotel. Very private. The room was good and clean. The water pressure was strong. The air conditioner was cool. The swimming pool was suitable for everyone in the family. The fitness room was a good size but there were too few exercise machines. The breakfast was delicious.

Overall is nice The best part is the swimming pools!  Great view and big enough for customers One of them is for adult only, more quiet. Good view of sunset if in good weather

Clean rooms, beautiful sea, delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean, the sea is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, we accept dogs. We also accept dogs. But the price is a bit high.

Good experience was stay in Mason,if u like a quite environment u can choose here,will be right back again.The staff name Pei pei is so cute and good service,even though all staff Mason is friendly and helpful.Massage therapist is good experience massage.
