Quite a walk from the station pulling. Suitcase if travelling by train but very cheap for France and no complaints about cleanliness. The hotel door is locked to arrivals until 3 pm which means they do. Or store your suitcase if you arrive any earlier, tricky for train travellers when there may be very limited connections to Saumur and very early arrival is unavoidable. Also, no in room telephone means you must descend the steep stairs for any assistance or requests - I could find no remote control for the television in my room- and I you were in a health crisis this may not possible. The front desk is unattended after 8 pm. I did not see this advised on the accommodation sites either. I didn’t feel comfortable knowing that in case of fire or emergency no staff was available to direct me to safety. There is no elevator, but that is declared in their advertising, Be advised the stairs are narrow and steep, an issue for. Dry short people like me. Otherwise, if these issues do not bother you, it is indeed value for money.

Emplacement idéal qui est proche du centre-ville, hôtel calme, les chambres sont calmes , le personnel est accueillant et une mention spéciale à Caroline pour sa bonne humeur dès du matin. Merci à vous pour ce bon séjour et la bonne ambiance !

Très petite chambre à 2 lits au 1er étage mal insonorisée. Salle de bains minuscule. Ensemble un peu vieillot. Pas de double vitrage et rue bruyante. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très sympathique. Localisation centrale à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la Loire. Local vélo à disposition

Chambre minuscule, très inconfortable surtout par temps chaud. Propreté à revoir. Par contre le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner correct. Bien situé proche du centre-ville, quartier calme avec un grand parking à proximité .

Les chambres sont minuscules et peu confortable. Sans compter l’état du tout pas très reluisant. On avait annoncé que l’on voulait prendre le petit déjeuner pour 7:30 et la personne n’est venue qu’à 8:00. Pas très pratique. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Très bon accueil. Personnel de l'après-midi et du matin agréable. Très bien pour y venir à vélo, il est possible de le mettre à l'abri dans une pièce sécurisée. Proche des rues piétonnes, du centre ville, du château. La chambre une personne au second étage (sans ascenseur) est fonctionnelle et propre. Très bon petit déjeuner. Et l'on peut y arriver de bonne heure ! (15 heures)

Bon accueil de la part de la personne à la réception. Chambre très propre et refaite (18 m2). Petit déjeuner correct. Local à vélo. Proche des zones piétonnes et des restaurants. A partir de 15 heures pour la chambre.

Attention ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un taudis ! Une fois dans les chambres minuscules , vous allez vivre avec vos voisins. On entend tout. On entend aussi l’eau des canalisations dès que votre voisin tire la chasse d’eau. Le mobilier est défoncé , les matelas sont usés et inconfortables. Un conseil, si vous avez le choix trouver un autre hôtel. Les prix sont chers pour la qualité proposé !
