Good parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely large room with very large bed and nice bathroom. The Welsh breakfast was a feast and served by helpful staff. We liked the gardens too. This place is a haven.

A lovely refurbished hotel . The staff were amazing particularly the lady at reception who tried to help me charge my car . The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and professional too. The food was delicious and different to what we normally eat in hotels. Will definitely be returning. A big thank you to everyone.

We have stayed at your hotel 2 times now. We came back to stay again because we loved it the first time. We would to mention that all the staff where so nice and friendly, made you feel at home. All the staff from reception to restaurant need a massive thanks for everything they did. Food here was fantastic, from breakfast to evening meals. We are now looking to book again for August/September. Would recommend this stay to everyone visiting Pembrokeshire. Also a big mention to there chinese restaurant, Dragon Palace where my daughter ordered a takeaway on Sunday 29th June. Food again was fantastic Well done everyone and see you again very soon x

Stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends and family . We We were a party of 17 with adults and 4 children aged 10-17. From the moment we arrived to to time we left we were made to feel Special . My room had been decorated on arrival with swan towel design , red petals and 50th birthday confetti on the bed and a card . We had booked a meal at Lokkys restaurant on site and were given a room to ourselves which they again had decorated with balloons . Following our meal we had access to a private lounge which was cosy and spacious enough for 17 of us which allowed us to play a few games etc and have a drink . The meal was fantastic . Plentiful , tasty and attention to detail was outstanding . We had breakfast included both mornings and it was delicious . Choice of cereals and fruit and yoghurt , then selection off the menu for breakfast from Salmon to a full English . Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and served with a smile . Staff were very attentive and very obliging . Shout out to Angela on reception and RJ in the restaurant who went above and beyond to check I was having a good time . I will definitely return .

This is now our 3rd time staying in 6 months. Loved the experience. Friendly staff. Amazing food. Loved the accommodation as so relaxing and welcoming. Such a fantastic location in Pembrokeshire. Looking forward to the next trip. Thank you.

Lovely hotel- still working progress and finalising. Restaurant excellent/drinks cocktails. All staff were helpful given the fact builders were in and out. Our room was on 4th floor and couldn't find our room. Lifts were either upstairs or downstairs depending what floor you were on. Not for disabled or infirm. The room big beds comfortable cleaner didn't leave any milk for tea on second day and soap in container in shower empty. Floor slippery so put towel in shower to stop slipping.
