The Imperial Dragon Hotel

I honestly can not praise this hotel enough. From the time we stepped through the door to the time we left all of the staff couldn't do enough for us. Our room was absolutely amazing so clean with everything that we needed for a birthday stay. Warm, cosy, clean, spacious and a lovely comfy bed. The restaurant was to die for, food was amazing and the staff were so attentive. We will definitely be coming back after Christmas.

Just headed back from a 2 night break with my partner. We stayed in the china room, it was so clean, comfortable and spacious. Food was absolutely delicious and reasonable price Breakfast was also great, plenty on the menu to choose from aswel as the continental. The staff was amazing, nothing was to much trouble, sue even made me a coffee to take out ready for the journey home. Everything was service with a smile so if your looking for 5 star treatment then the imperial dragon is the place to go Will definitely return

Stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends and family . We We were a party of 17 with adults and 4 children aged 10-17. From the moment we arrived to to time we left we were made to feel Special . My room had been decorated on arrival with swan towel design , red petals and 50th birthday confetti on the bed and a card . We had booked a meal at Lokkys restaurant on site and were given a room to ourselves which they again had decorated with balloons . Following our meal we had access to a private lounge which was cosy and spacious enough for 17 of us which allowed us to play a few games etc and have a drink . The meal was fantastic . Plentiful , tasty and attention to detail was outstanding . We had breakfast included both mornings and it was delicious . Choice of cereals and fruit and yoghurt , then selection off the menu for breakfast from Salmon to a full English . Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and served with a smile . Staff were very attentive and very obliging . Shout out to Angela on reception and RJ in the restaurant who went above and beyond to check I was having a good time . I will definitely return .

Fabulous cosy hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Our room was a good size with a huge comfy bed, a hot shower and tea and coffee making facilities. It was very quiet even with Storm Darragh raging outside. Our tasty breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of choice from cereal to a full welsh . We ate in Lokky's restaurant during our stay and can highly recommend, our food was amazing, the service superb. A lovely hotel which we will return to

This is my second attempt at a review - the first seems to have failed. Our stay at the The Imperial Dragon Hotel was excellent. We were celebrating the anniversary of the day we met in 1964 - 60 years ago. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us celebrate with lovely touches - a card in the room, towels formed on the bed to read I ❤️ U, a lovely dessert with one candle on to make a wish. The room was perfect as was the food in Lokky’s restaurant. We would definitely rate this experience highly and hope to visit again in the future

Cannot fault the weekend we have just had - even Darragh did not spoil it! Food was 1st class in Lokky's and all of the staff were great. The atmosphere is relaxed but do not be fooled as the knowledge, service and quality is to be applauded - we stayed in a themed room for a two night break and can highly recommend it. We will be back when we are next down west.
