Returning from the South of France, Sauvigny was an ideal stop midway to the channel. This hotel, being part of the Logis de France group, seemed to tick all the right boxes; we chose it and it did. The accommodation is comfortable and ideally set up with the ability to be able to park the car right by the room. The large pool is a bonus. Clearly, it is a noted place to dine as the restaurant was pretty full. We made the mistake of not reserving a table, thinking it would be no problem when we arrived but after a few anxious moments they did manage to squeeze us in. Its otherwise a trip into Avallon, so booking a table is a must. Its worth it. The food was good and reasonably priced, as was the wine. There were "amuse bouches" as well which was a plus and the waiters were polite and efficient. If making the same journey again we would stop here, it was a good choice.

Nice hotel with clean and decent rooms. The complex does however seem to be in need of some updates. The tennis courts are in terrible shape and the exterior of the buildings behind the main building is not very attractive. There was no service at the pool, but still a very nice relaxing area. Restoration could do a lot here.

Very beautiful domain Good friendly staff Food average poor products No extras on the plate Cheese plate no grapes 17 euro Green salad poorly seasoned 8 euro Other salad no choice Boeuf with morilles excellent 38 euro No fries for adults, only for bambinos😄 Room sufficient No refrigerator Airco did not work properly With dogs access 15 euro a night per dog But very good, they credit my card when i went home earlier.

Nous avons fait une étape au relais fleuri que nous connaissions déjà. L'accueil est très bien et les chambres ont été rénovées ainsi que la literie qui est plus confortable. Le côté pratique est de pouvoir garer sa voiture face à la chambre. La salle du restaurant est agréable et fleurie et les plats " terroir" sont bien cuisinés. Nous reviendrons pour voir l'amélioration de l'extérieur.

La literie est parfaire, le petit déjeuner très varié avec des produits locaux et l'ambiance est calme et propice à la détente. La table est excellente et le service accueillant et professionnel. Excellent séjour. La piscine sera testée en été...

Ensemble correct, mais beaucoup trop cher Pour ce que c’est. Le jet 27 Perrier à 16,40 €… Qui dit mieux ? Même sur la Côte d’Azur, c’est moins cher ! ! Chambre, type motel… Structure vieillissante et intérieur aussi 145e la nuit, on pourrait s attendre à bien mieux, heureusement que les photos de la façade sont bien prises… ça donne envi… mais c’est décevant.

Hôtel agréable avec chambres style MOTEL , fonctionnelles mais salle d'eau trop exigu Ecran de verdure et piscine mais avec du mobilier dégradé , à renouveler De plus, travaux en cours pendant la période estivale!! Par contre, mention TRES BIEN pour le restaurant avec une équipe au top, dirigée par HUGUETTE et ses assistants ( Fabienne, Selena et Andy ) Des mets savoureux et de qualité Même chose pour les petits déjeuners excellents

On nous a vanté que cet établissement a été racheté par Julien Cohen, célébrité que nous ne connaissons d’ailleurs pas: force a été de constater que cela n’est pas une garantie ! Nous sommes allés de dysfonctionnement en dysfonctionnement qui ont gâché notre étape: - Lorsque j’ai téléphoné pour réserver une table au restaurant (non réservable en ligne) la réceptionniste a remis en question ma réservation d’une chambre pourtant dûment faite et confirmée en ligne sur le site même de l’hôtel. Il a fallu plus d’une journée et de nombreux appels de notre part pour avoir enfin confirmation de la confirmation et pouvoir réserver la table de notre étape du lendemain. - chambre non encore disponible à 16h lors de notre arrivée. - piscine avec mobilier dégradé et inutilisable et en quantité insuffisante. - et cerise sur le gâteau, une expérience catastrophique au restaurant où l’attente interminable confine à l’irrespect du client malgré la bonne volonté du personnel en salle qui s’en est d’ailleurs gentiment excusé. Dommage d’ailleurs qu’avec un pareil extérieur, il faille dîner en intérieur dans une salle sombre avec les rideaux tirés un soir d’été alors que des photos du site de l’hôtel suggèrent des tables mises en bordure de pelouse . C’est dommage car le site pourrait être de qualité sous réserve d’un investissement constructif et respectueux de la clientèle.
