Warm welcome, but the hotel to avoid. The parking spaces are shared with the F1 hotel and breakfast too. The room was not very clean and was not aired. I am really disappointed! I did not sleep because of the smell in the room. The furniture is very old. It was degrading. This hotel absolutely does not deserve the 3 *!

We arrived at the hotel on May 8,2024 at 2:30 pm. The young receptionist is alone and felt a negative vibes right away.informing us rooms available from 3 pm. Went back in at 3 pm. Got our keys, room 44&45. At 7pm to our surprised,rooms not made... Luckily got hold to the hotel manager while she inspecting other rooms because their are a lot of clients now complaining in front of the front desk. Their rooms are also not made,dirty rooms. We saw a group of motor riders checking in like us. This hotel is not well organized clients must stay away. The only thing I am ok was they reimbursed us, they ruined our planned trip to avallon,vezelay and auxerre. Since the hotel area are fully booked, we decided to drived back to epinay sur Seine.

We would particularly like to thank the young woman who did everything possible to ensure that our stay went as smoothly as possible (Clara - first name on the badge). We would like my partner and I to make this clarification, because in fact, very few resources are made available to the staff. This young woman, despite all the difficulties that presented herself to her, showed great professionalism by keeping calm and giving a lot to make the stay pleasant. Imagine: reception, receiving customers, handling telephone calls, preparing dishes with what was available in the kitchens "without a cook", serving dishes, cleaning, securing the premises and checking the rooms, laundry broken down and back and forth ne city, in addition to everything else to do, so that customers can have at their disposal the minimum amount of clean towels, adequate for their stay. Dealing with the annoyance of certain customers while remaining attentive to them, etc. Really, bravo Madam for your courage, your calm and your perseverance, because we must admit, you have strong nerves. Stay and sleep but don't go eat at the so-called restaurant Unique menu based on a frozen dish with terrible sauces served cold for an exorbitant price Not to mention the service which lasts 2 hours The table next to it starter served after the main course You ask for a drink an aperitif you enter the strange world of questions We end up having a kir phew

I came for 2 nights with half board Disappointed by this hotel Arrived for the evening meal no buffet took a carafe of wine which increased by 5o centimes the next day even though it was the same first night there was no noise On the other hand the next day when we returned from our surprise walk magnetized card impossible to enter, once entered the room no more towels and no replacement On the welcome tray in the room no sugar and just 1 coffee and when we opened the bed the bottom sheet not pulled just put it back on top No hairdryer in the bathroom and no shutters on the windows just curtains
